This was my very first volunteering experience, and I couldn't have asked for a better one. Marielisa and Enzo are truly wonderful people, they made me feel at home from the very first moment. The work is simple and well-organized, leaving plenty of free time to enjoy the beach and explore the beauty of Sicily. I would absolutely recommend this experience to anyone looking for a meaningful yet relaxed way to connect with local life and contribute to a good cause. Thank you again for everything!

It was a very nice experience, from the first day I felt at home. Marielisa and Enzo are very kind, the hostel is quiet and the tasks are clear. If I have the opportunity, I would be happy to volunteer with them again, I highly recommend it :)

The hosts are respectful, the work is exactly as agreeded and the place is super clean and organized. I had plenty of time to explore the city, the beach and more distant places on my free days (ask the hosts for recommendations of where to go). The private room fits 2 volunteers (half of my time there I had the room all to myself) and you will share the bathroom and balcony with the guests (very nice view). They provide the breakfast and charge the card to use the laundry once a week (5min walking from the hostel). My first volunteering experience and I def recommend, I will miss this place!!

My first Worldpackers experience and what an amazing start! I stayed for three weeks and wish I planned longer. Milazzo is a nice town with great beach and nature. the hostel is at a great location. The shared room for volunteers is very cozy. The work is clearly communicated and very manageable. I got to meet travellers from all over the world. Also had the pleasure to work together with another great volunteer. Lisa and Enzo are very sweet people and great hosts. Lisa always checks proactively to ensure hours are respected and that I enjoy my free time. 100% recommended to everyone!

Yi worked for us for a few weeks…unfortunately!
We were suddenly left with one less volunteer and we couldn’t have been luckier!
In a few days Yi arrived, a very nice girl, very attentive, precise, reliable and always available. With the other volunteer she created an efficient work group…everything was perfect!

The hostel was my first experience volunteering. Since I never had the opportunity to be abroad totally on my own for almost one month, at first it was kinda scary...but after meeting the hosts (Lisa&Enzo, they are super friendly:)), other volunteers, and people in the hostel, it felt like home<3 Some days of work were harder, some of them were easier, but it was very satisfying overall :) Lisa and Enzo were engaged, always asking if we needed anything, recommending what we should see, etc. Leaving this place was super sad, Milazzo will be in my heart forever! <3333 Thank you!

Lisa anda Enzo were wonderful! I totally reccomend it! Milazzo is a great city, you can go to the beach, enjoy its culture, tasty gastronomy and nature (Eolian Island). Basically you have to clean, make beds and do the check-ins. the hostel is very cozy. It is near the city centre , the beach, and supermarkets. The experience wouldn t have been the same without Lisa, she explained everything,was helpful, whenever you needed her she was available. She is friendly, nice, and easygoing, a great boss :) The best first Worldpackers experience I could have imagined! And I improved my italian.

The hostel was my home in milazzo for 1 month, and i really enjoyed everyday, tasks and people that I've met there! Marielisa and Enzo are really kind people and made me feel very special! The work in august was really intense, but we still had a lot of fun, also great time to visit the city's and places around and be at the beach

Truly an AMAZING experience. This was my first volunteering and I can tell that I enjoyed every minute of it. I got to work together with two amazing co volunteers. The owners are such a great people. So friendly, welcoming and really the best bosses I ever had. The work was easy and flexible. And the private volunteer room was nice and comfy. On days off there is a lot of close places to visit also the beach is just so close. My favourite thing is the balcony where I watched Etna every day and seen it erupt 5times. 2nd favourite place is Horizon, officially the best beach club ever.

Brigitta was a perfect collaborator! Always cheerful and smiling, attentive, precise, very tidy, reliable, responsible and always available. With her, even the closet shone!
Together with the other volunteer, she was the first to create excellent teamwork and was very good at transmitting the advantages of collaboration to the following volunteers.
Since then, it has been a continuous improvement so much so that we have reformulated some of our rules.

I had such a great time at the hostel!! Lisa and Enzo have been the most amazing hosts and made us feel very welcomed and comfortable. The work was straight-forward and as expected, simple. The location was amazing… central in town just a walk away from beautiful beaches. I couldn't recommend working with Lisa and Enzo enough!! They set the bar for my first volunteer experience very high and will definitely be hard for future experiences to beat. Their communication and kind nature is truly one of a kind!! :) 100/10!!!

This way my first experiance with volunteering abroad and with worldpackers and It couldn't be better. I spent a whole month there, duties were not heavy and didnt take much time so I could enjoy Sicily everyday. It was amazing experiance,everyday new guest from around the world, beautiful sunny weather and beach 10minutes from the hostel…I am also sure that you will be in love with city- Milazzo. The owners Enzo and Lisa are lovely people, they help with everything, always offer advice and are there for you. So dont worry if you thinking about stay in the hostel catch this opportunity!
