The experience
We need a very welcoming person for working at the reception. Check-in and Check out of guests and always ready to help them with whatever they need. Responsible, proactive, and helpful.
What you offer
30 hours of help per week
Cleaning:
Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.
Night Shift:
Help with night shift tasks and create a relaxing environment for guests.
Administration:
Help with booking systems and payments.
Reception:
Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.
What you get
1 day off per week
Shared Dorm:
You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.
Breakfast:
You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Requirements
Fluent English or Beginner Spanish
Between 18 and 35 years old
Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)
What's not included
Flights, Travel Insurance, Internal Transportation and Visa
Program Details
- Work hours are 30 per week and one day off.
- Schedule could be ( 8am - 11am and 7pm - 11pm)
- We'll give you a bed in a shared room and breakfast every day.
- As mentioned, this position is for reception, but sometimes we'll need your help in other activities.
- In the hostel there is a kitchen you can use to cook.

Activities & Shift
- Doing check in and check out of guests
- Checking everything is ok in the hostel on your shift
- Registering inmigration info
- Posting content on social media channels
- Helping guests with touristic info and other things they might need.
- Smiling and making friends
- Helping guest with their questions
