The experience

We are looking for motivated people, with fresh ideas who can help us with reception tasks, cleaning, socialising, preparing family dinners, organising activities and much more.

We are a surf hostel, we love to spend time on the beach, on our rooftop terrace, on the bars and clubs or on a hike in the nature.

The everyday tasks are easy, the team is helpful and in your free days you have more than enough time to discover new places.

What you offer

23 hours of help per week

Housekeeping: Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.

Administration: Help with booking systems and payments.

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

What you get

4 days off per week

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Free Events: Get free entrance for the best events in town.

Surfboards: You can use our surfboards as much as you want.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Dedicated Workspace: Specific space for you to work remotely

Requirements

Intermediate English or Intermediate Spanish

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

European Union Passport

Flights, Travel Insurance, Internal Transportation and Visa

Activities & Shift

The tasks are easy to do, we expect to keep the house always clean.
We have few small bathrooms and daily few beds to change.
Checks in and outs, other reception tasks but you are never alone ;)
