The experience

New Live-in last minute volunteer experiences available with us for people who are happy to cook and clean!!
Places available now. Minimum stay 2 months.
25 hours a week working in exchange for food and accommodation in our rustic, sustainable animal sanctuary.
Must enjoy cooking in a fast paced and unusual kitchen, full of animals, passion and chaos. Also happy to clean various rooms. No need to be expert, just enjoy it and a challenge.


What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Kitchen Hand: Help prepare, finish and serve meals.

Cooking: Choose the menu, pick ingredients and cook delicious dishes.


What you get

2 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Tent: You will sleep in a tent at a camping site.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Bikes at your disposal: You can use our bikes any time you want.

Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Yoga classes: Take free yoga classes at our place.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Certificate: Get a certificate of completion after you finish your experience.

Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely


Requirements

Intermediate English or Beginner Spanish

Over 18 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers


What's not included

Flights, Travel Insurance, Internal Transportation and Visa


Program Details

Always use up what we have, and must be willing to cook anything as we are "freegans" we eat all waste and always supply a veggie option


Activities & Shift

brunch buffet at 11am: toasts/ fruit salads/ pancakes/ eggs etc
lunch at 2.30pm: pasta/rice/beans etc
