The farm is a very unique place and the experience it brings can change depending on the season you go and what you are looking for. I went there in December and at first, I was the only volunteer. It was good because I was looking for a calm environment but it felt quite lonely since, apart from the host, the English level of the workers is very low. Thankfully two amazing volunteers arrived and we became good friends. Apart from that, the tasks were fun to do, the food was amazing and generous, the room was very comfortable and the animals, nature and landscape were the best part. (:

My experience was amazing! Loved the people, the animals, the work and the amazing location! Work was 6h of a very satisfying work on the field, kitchen or landscape. Accommodation was a spacious shared room and all food provided was delicious and in abundance. I would love to come back! Thanks

I loved staying at the farm Vadi. I enjoyed the work and the grounds were beautiful. It felt like a retreat. The food was amazing, the people were kind, and there are cute animals everywhere. I highly recommend. Thank you Nihat for the opportunity to spend a few weeks with you guys.

I had an amazing 3 weeks experience here, Nihat is such a lovely host, he made us feel very welcomed and we really felt like we were a part of the whole team which was amazing to be in. We were always well supported with the work and the jobs we had. I learnt a lot from the farm workers who are very knowledgeable and kind. As well as the kitchen workers who are incredibly talented, fun to work with and so kind. During our stay, there was a festival which we could enjoy which was such a fun experience. I loved being able to contribute a small part to this place, I wish I could've stayed more!

Marama and I had such an amazing stay at the farm vadi. The food is AMAZING (perfect for veggies). But even better than the food are the people who work there. Most of the staff only speaks a little bit of English but it'll not stop them from trying to talk to you and being the kindest people ever. We worked 3 hours before breakfast helping on their farm and after that we would either help in the kitchen or Nihat would give us a task, which would take us up to 3 hours. The animals are amazing and super kind! In general we had a really nice stay and are looking forward to come back 🌼🍀🪷

It was a wonderful experience me and my friend had. This trip make us learn bunch of new stuff. Nihat was so nice and understanding. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Our room was pretty comfortable. We enjoyed every bit of it. Work can be hard sometimes but nothing is given to you that you cannot handle. It is close to market by bike, but it is a long way if you up for walking. We met some awesome volunteers. And yeah… enjoy the view, nature, food and beautiful animals. I especially really miss osho, gizmo(damla) and max.

My experience at the farm Vadi was truly wonderful! The staff, volunteers, and team are all genuinely kind individuals. The food is a standout highlight—a fantastic representation of Turkish cuisine. While the working hours can be demanding, they align perfectly with what we agreed upon. The location is stunning, just a bike ride away from the beach and local markets. We were fortunate to have access to the bikes provided, which made exploring easy. Would recommend this!!!

Nihat was so kind to both Will and I. His communication from the start was very good and helpful. We spoke every day about the tasks that needed to be done and never felt lost or misled. He was very generous, offering to buy us food and drive us to the bus station! I highly recommend his beautiful farm.

It is an experience that I think everyone should experience. It was a very friendly and polite environment, people, animals, everything. There was an unreal peace, silence and calmness. I loved everyone very much, I had a hard time leaving.

It was very enjoyable and warm 2 weeks. I had very nice and enjoyable moments with everyone living there, from the communication with the locals. My knowledge on sustainability and agriculture in particular was refreshed and new ones were added. It was a physically intense process, but I came here willingly anyway. The connections I made and what I learned were very valuable to me. I will definitely miss this place a lot! 🤍
