What you offer

24 hours of help per week

Teaching Sports: Teaching or assisting the host, guests, or local communities in practicing sports or physical activities.

Additional fee required

Amount: US$ 10 Per day

Fee pays for: Benefits for travelers

Description: Volunteers contribute US10 per day to cover expenses for food and maintenance


What you get

1 day off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Free Tours: We’ll take you on tours and rides around town. For free!

Free Hiking Tours: We’ll take you on excursions and hikes around town. For free!

Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Surfboards: You can use our surfboards as much as you want.

Yoga classes: Take free yoga classes at our place.

Surf lessons: Take free surf classes at the local beaches.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Fast Internet Access: High-speed internet for you to work remotely


Requirements

Between 18 and 33 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)


What's not included

Flights, Travel Insurance, Internal Transportation and Visa


Program Details

We have got two spots where we can make the retreats. One in the buffer zone of the National Park of Serra da Bocaina and other seasonal chalets with a beautiful view of the mountains of Cunha.

We are looking for people who are in tune with us and interested in living in the present moment.


Activities & Shift

We wake up at 5 am to our daily sadhana = yoga, meditation, pranaymas, mantras and uddiyana bandha

In the morning we make a basically liquid food with kefir, green juice, kombucha, etc

We cook our vegetarian meal and sharing the work and expenses


Rules

Currently we can only accommodate one person.

The volunteer will be staying in a chalet

Bed linen, sleeping bag, bath towels and personal stuffs are the responsibility of the volunteer.
