The hostel was the most amazing volunteering experience with the most amazing people. Leah was an incredible manager always having our best interests at heart and making sure we made the most of our time in London. The work is exactly as expected and super reasonable for what you get in return. the hostel really is a home away from home and I know I will always have it to come back to. Would highly recommend to anyone!!!

The hostel was my first volunteer experience and i loved it from the very first day! the hostel is a social hostel, with activities planned every day, so i promise you will never get bored and meet very interesting and cool people :) the work is exactly as agreed on and you will have plenty of time to explore london! leah is a great manager (very flexible and supportive <3) the staff and the other volunteers are a bunch of wonderful, super lovely and cool people <3. I had the best time here and i will miss it a lot!!

One of the best hostels i've stayed at over my 1+ years of traveling. As soon as you walk in you're greeted with warmth. Guests and volunteers come back just for the vibe of this place. Definitely need to be pretty extroverted for communicating with guests, party leading, etc. If that's what you're looking for, this is the perfect place for you. Truly irreplaceable experience, hope to be back soon.

The hostel is situated in a fantastic location and has a vibrant, youthful atmosphere that's perfect for meeting fellow travelers. I appreciated the social vibe, which made it easy to connect with others. However, I did find that the long-term volunteers sometimes created a bit of a cliquey environment. Overall, it's a good hostel for those who thrive in a bustling, social setting. Just keep in mind that the dynamics might not suit everyone, especially if you prefer a more varied experience.

I can't say enough good things about my time at the hostel! It's been such a blast here hanging out with the volunteers and staff and meeting so many cool guests coming through the hostel. It really feels like a community. If you're looking for a social place to volunteer, this is definitely the place to be and you'll never get bored. The work was also easy and the hours and tasks were clearly communicated. The facilities, dorms, and common spaces were nice and comfortable. I will miss it here!

My time here absolutely exceeded my expectations. i'm going to miss this hostel so much and I really hope I can come back in the near future. it is such a close community of people amongst the staff, hours are always clearly communicated and are flexible so I was never overwhelmed with work. definitely a place for an extrovert as the socializing is constant but i've met my favorite people that way so I highly suggest this hostel.

The hostel was the best time from start to finish! The hostel was so welcoming and comfortable, and It really did become my home away from home. I made so many great friends from being part of the volunteer family and meeting so many travellers. The management does such a great job of creating an environment thats fun and inclusive so there's always something going on and people to hang out with. Volunteering at the hostel will be the best time of your life!

Volunteering at the hostel was such a fun experience. It gave me the chance to meet so many people and create a lot of new friendships. The work hours and tasks were very reasonable and I have no complaints on everything I was asked to do. I loved how social the hostel was and all the events they had every week. It really allowed me to connect with the guests and other staff members which made the experience very enjoyable. Leah was an amazing host and I couldn't recommend this hostel enough! I felt like I was part of a family <3

From the moment I arrived at the hostel I felt like I was welcomed into the family, I have definitely made lifelong friends here! The staff are incredibly friendly and supportive, and the tasks and hours are totally manageable, with plenty of time off to explore the city. There are always activities and events planned, creating a fun and social atmosphere for everyone. The facilities are great, with comfortable dorms, clean bathrooms, and common areas that are perfect for hanging out. Overall, I had the most amazing time volunteering at the hostel, I can't recommend it enough!!
