Just like for many others that come to the guest house, this was my first work and travel experience and I absolutely loved it! The work is almost always shorter than 3 hours and pretty easy (there are 4 tasks). Jayden is a really caring manager that does his best at helping with any problem :) What's also great is that the beach is only 3 min away from the guesthouse ~ I will definitely miss all that a lot because it was so easy to feel like home at the guest house. So in conclusion: If you want to work with and meet many other people and converse in English or Korean you should definitely come by~~

My stay at the guest house was memorable! The Guesthouse is very well-located, really close to the beach and to the subway station. The atmosphere is lively and there are good opportunities to connect with guests, both Koreans and internationals. The tasks are not hard to carry on and with a good team work you will be done in no time. I met great people and felt at home, if it wasn't for my Visa I would've loved to extend my stay. Recommend!

Staying in the guest house was an incredible experience. Jayden ( the host) is such a nice person and very attentive, always open and ready to help the volunteers with everything we could need, he is a really good host image and model to others. About the work itself, it was exactly as in the description and we have facilities available all the time. The staffroom were really good also. You can feel yourself free in the guest house! About Busan, it's a beautiful city and there's some many things to do and to see! I'm 100% sure you're gonna love this experience!!

I was at the guest house for 8wks and it was an ok experience. The owner texts instructions but leaves people to manage themselves, which doesn't work well. It stirs up alot of passive aggressive group chat drama - sometimes irl screaming - not worth the free bed and ramen in my opinion. If he properly hosted/trained people, it could be better. There are pros/cons in every place and if you just want to party while you're there and leave, it's a fun hostel(the guest house is great) but then I'd recommend staying as a guest instead. I've worked in many hotels/hostels and there are better volunteer places tbh.

I don't even now where to start... This place was in the time I stayed here my home and I now for sure that it will have forever and always a very special place in my heart. I was a little scared before I came here because to come to place you nearly know anything about is most of the time a little bit terrifying. But I felt so welcomed here the second a stepped through the door. And yes, of course it depends on the group you are with, but after every heartbreaking goodbye there was always somebody new with which I had the time of my life. Jayden is also a very nice, caring and fun person!

The guesthouse is located right next to the beach, and the most important shops are all reached within 5 minutes. It's not as crowded as some other places, but not too quiet either ~ basically the perfect location to get used to life in Korea and not miss out on anything. All the other volunteers I've met were awesome and kindhearted people. Jayden cares a lot about his volunteers and will help them when they're having difficulties even unrelated to the guesthouse. He'll do his best to support you and make sure you're having a great time. If I had the chance, I'd probably come back.

I had the most amazing time there and cried so much after the 3 months were over. Found some true friends that i will hopefully meet again. If I have to be a 100% honest we sometimes had some issues with jayden but in general he is very friendly and joins the group every once a while for food or partying. Busan and the guest house is amazing, beautiful city, endless things to see there. Busan will always have a special place in my heart<3

Was planning to go for 1 month. Right before arriving I was planning on only going 3 weeks because my friends are in Seoul. But here we are now.... I extended my stay, don't even know when I will leave. I have the best time here with the whole group. It really feels like home and I don't want to leave. I love going out with everyone. Jayden is a very social person and likes to hang out with us which is super fun all the time! Couldn't wish for a better first solo travel!

I enjoy my time at the guesthouse and even extended my stay here. The work is really easy and on most days quickly done. I made a lot of great friends among the staff as we often go out together after work. The manager, Jayden, will also join whenever he has the time. He will also try to help you whenever you have a problem and is caring towards his staff.
