Malta is a beautiful country, perfect to be on summer time. The host is nice and flexible about schedule and time, although the place needs some improvement, as the house has some infiltration problems and it smells damp. If you want to learn and improve your Spanish Malta is also a good place as most of the people who lives there is from Latin America, specially the ones living in the house, the work is pretty easy and you can do it quickly, so you will have plenty free time to see Malta.

This was my second experience with Worldpackers. The activities are simple and flexible: cleaning, receiving and helping with the organization. I had daily contact with English and Spanish, I improved my communication in both languages. The contact with all other residents was friendly, especially the Colombian girls s2. Thanks for all. As for the posters in the house that are not cool (improvement point), I agree with Middi, I also spoke to Pit, he seemed to understand.

Pit is a very friendly host!!! The work is simple. Pit have 2 students house, but the 2 houses are very near and you need clean and keep. He is very flexible with the times. During my stay, it happened an infiltration problem in my room. I have a alergic problem than because this I went out before the combined time. I have one note: Pit was very friendly with everyone, than, some moments, it seemed to me that the house was a little lacking in leadership and control, it bothered me a little, but if you are more relaxed and prefer an environment without excessive rules, it will adapt well.

The job is easy, not many hours and Pit (Pedro) is very easy going, volunteers' room is not good though. Signs around the houses are now gender neutral (when pointed out to Pit that they were sexist, he claimed that he had not done it on purpose, which I believe, but he laughed out loud about it, which it was very unrespecful). Houses have the plan to start recycling soon, hopefully. Pit sometimes lacks organisation, although he tends to be flexible regarding work duties. A lot of free time. Overall I enjoyed my time in Malta.

Minha experiência nesse voluntariado foi boa. No início, foi um pouco difícil pois não havia ninguém para me receber, mas nada que causasse problemas. Fiquei no hostel em Swieqi, que tem excelente localização. Fui a única voluntária durante o período, o que tornou a experiência mais independente. O anfitrião é flexível e não faz cobranças constantes, mas exige responsabilidade. As tarefas eram cuidar da limpeza do hostel e receber os novos hóspedes, Eu também era responsável por comprar os produtos de limpeza e o valor sempre foi ressarcido sem problemas, Sou grata ao Pit pela oportunidade..

Estive como housekeeper no flat de 10 garotas. O trabalho é manter a casa limpa, colocar lixo para fora 2x por semana, lavar os lençois e fazer as camas. O anfitrião é super flexivel e compreensivel. A maior atenção é com os check-ins - para preparar as camas a tempo. Eu ficava sabendo apenas quando o host me mandava msg avisando. Também ia 1 vez por semana limpar outro flat, o que era um pouco mais pesado pois eu limpava toda a casa de uma vez e no verão estava muito calor. Mas consegui aproveitar, consegui mesmo estudando conhecer bastante a ilha! Minha experiencia foi boa :)

Minha experiência nesse voluntáriado é positiva, o local é bem localizado, tem mercado perto e ponto de ônibus. O anfitrião é bem flexível , desde que você cumpra com o combinado, o trabalho é de acordo com o combinado, você vai cuidar da organização da casa de estudantes.

Meu voluntariado com o marketing e comunicação se passou muito bem. Pit é agradável e flexível. Desde que você entregue as tarefas, ele não ficará te cobrando milhares de vezes (o que é bom quando você tem responsabilidade e sabe gerenciar isso, por outro lado, tem voluntários que se aproveitam dessa flexibilidade para não fazer nada, o que automaticamente afeta na experiência, mas claro, isso varia de pessoa pra pessoa). A casa é simples e tem o básico, muito bem localizada, tem mini mercados perto, um ponto de ônibus na esquina, mas a casa precisa de algumas reparações e melhorias.
