I couldn't have dreamed of a better first experience as a volunteer. Nicki and her family are great (Nicki cooks like a chef). You can live in a quiet place close to nature, bicycle available to visit the surroundings, you can arrange your working time as you wish and the work is not complicated. I can only strongly advise you to come and discover this beautiful place and get to know these great people a little.

I had an amazing first Worldpackers experience learning English. Tirza and Nicky, wonderful people, inspired me with their pursuit of their dreams. Nicky's vegetarian cooking was exceptional (best vegetarian chef😜), and Otti, their daughter, is the smartest and most precious child I've met. Chores varied from feed the animals to paint but followed a set schedule, and they even provided bikes for exploring the island (the best way for visit the island) If i had to say something, it was strict house rules, but it's understandable given the number of voluntee. I'm grateful for this experience.

I had my first experience abroad with them and they took good care of me and made sure I was comfortable. Nicki is a great cook. Tirza and Nicki made me more conscious about food. At the camping, everything is organized and neat, which makes it great. The place is intertwined with nature. And this place made me more socialized.Thank you again for helping me to contribute to myself in every field.

I enjoyed every single moment of my time here. I volunteered with my partner for a little over a month, and I wish I had stayed longer. Nicki and Tirza are brilliant hosts. Who respect you, are very fair and make you feel so comfortable. The food was also delicious. (I'm going to miss the food so much) As for jobs, they were not too difficult and pretty fun. Nicki and Tirza would even accommodate your interests to assign you more enjoyable tasks. I could not recommend this place enough! Thank you for the amazing experience 💕

The camping was a great experience! Tirza and Nicki are lovely hosts who looked after us really well. Before arriving, I didn't know if how well I'd do with a vegan/vegetarian diet, but with Nicki's amazing homecooked meals every night made it so easy, everything was delicious! Tirza is clear and direct with what needs so be done around the campsite, which is great, then you know what needs to be done or if something needs to be changed so you can get it right the next time. Everyone we met there were so friendly, and I already miss all the animals especially Lucy and Peanut! Thanks Otti's house

I had the greatest time in the camping! The work is hard sometimes but rewarding, Nicki and Tirza are funny and caring, they're very responsible with the time you work and never ask for too much. The camping site is well maintained, with cute and easy-going animals and reasonable tasks. The food is *exquisite*, Nicki is the best chef in the world, and even if you're not vegetarian/vegan you will just adore it! They have the cutest kid ever, and the environment with the other volunteers is always light, fun, and of friendship. Honestly adored my time there!

The camping is a beautiful place to be close to nature. Nicki and Tirza were very friendly and hospitable, the food was tasty and the views were beautiful. The work can sometimes be hard, but if you do it well you will be well rewarded. They gave you bicycles to get around and were flexible with your time. I spent my birthday with them and they were kind enough to have a party with other volunteers, I really appreciate it. If you want to be in contact with nature, animals and beaches, this is the place for you. Thank you so much for everything, I hope to see you thrive in everything! :)

It was a great experience, it's a cozy campsite in an beautiful and well preserved ancient farm, in the middle of a typical danish landscape with an ecological philosophy, lots of green, wild animals and rural simplicity, the work can be hard or quite relaxed, Niki and Tirza are lovely people that makes you feel good there, they were quite flexible to me, very fair in the worked hours and very clear in their communication , I particularly liked that my work was appreciated, and the way they show the affection they have for people, thank you very much Niki , Tirza and little Ottie😊!
