The experience

We are a local family lived in Arusha on the slope of Mount Meru.

We welcome you in our Local school all volunteers and travelers to share with us different skills and knowledge to our children!

We also have preschool classes you can support our local school by helping to teach under staffed classes. In the evening you can join the evening classes and helping them in different activities/stories, photography, cleaning ect

What you offer

18 hours of help per week

Child Care: Caring for, playing with, and spending time with children.

Arts: Help with painting, graffiti, sculpting or drawing.

Social Work: Help with volunteer work in local projects and communities.

Teaching Languages: Teaching a language to the host, guests, or local communities.

Additional fee required

Amount: US$ 10 Per day

Fee pays for: Donation to project

Description: Volunteers contribute 10$ per person per day to cover other small expenses for food, maintenance or financing our organization.

What you get

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Free Events: Get free entrance for the best events in town.

Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Dance classes: Take free dance classes at our place.

Language lessons: Take free language classes at our place.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Program Details

i will help you budget your safari and trips for affordable price , you will get a free town tour and teach you our culture, to cook local food. we expect your co-operation during your stay and teach us your culture and connect us with what you think can help us to support our community.

Activities & Shift

after breakfast you will join the local teachers at the preschool and assist the children, then at 10:00 am break time you will get time to play with the kids or take a break and cup of coffee then going back to class until 12:00 pm(end of lessons) lunchtime at 12:30 and after lunch you get time to relax or rest and do your own activities surfing, communicating. free tour around the local area meeting with children again for fun and games
