What you offer
25 hours of help per week
Child Care:
Caring for, playing with, and spending time with children.
Social Work:
Help with volunteer work in local projects and communities.

Private Room:
You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.
Shared Dorm:
You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Program Details
We are looking for a grounded and organised individual who can assist our Director and small team with administration and general office support. An Administration Assistant Volunteer at Mission Mexico Foundation plays an essential role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the organization's administrative functions. This role provides vital support in managing office tasks, organizing documents, coordinating communications, and assisting with day-to-day operations. Your behind-the-scenes work helps the organization stay organized, manage resources, and operate effectively, which ultimately enhances the foundation’s ability to deliver its life-changing programs and services.
Activities & Shift
● Digitalise a backlog of paperwork and files in a confidential manner
● Organise and order office and home supplies
● Source, receive and distribute donations of goods
● Assist with projects as requested by the Director, including researching & preparing grants, organising events and searching for donation opportunities
● Provide administrative support
● Organise team meetings
● Assist with photo and video content gathering
Rules
● Effective administrative skills, including MS Office
● Effective time management skills with the ability to manage and prioritise own workload
● Valid ‘Working with Children Check’ / Criminal Records background check
● conversational in Spanish or English
● Experience in grant writing & fundraising is not essential, but an added bonus
● 21 years or older
● No drug users
