I'm very grateful that I was in such a nice and safe enviroment. If you are looking for a place that can be both chill and party like yet organized, this is it. So many activities to choose from and I felt like a kid again😊 With work you are never bored, just find the perfect balance with party and chill time :D Everything was respected and I was very comfortable :) I loved that we all had a relationship like a family. The growth this hostel is making all the time wouldnt be possible w/o Ezequiel who is like our best friend and I couldn't have wished for better person to guide us. Hvala. ❤️🐢

I don't think anything will be able to compare the my experience at the hostel. I loved it from the second I walked in the door, I didn't want to leave, we had an awesome team and environment. Great for surfers, nature lovers or people who just want to chill out and enjoy their surroundings. Everything is very organised and fair with workload. Ezequiel has done an amazing job making people feel comfortable and at home. I stayed for 4 weeks and could have happily stayed longer.

The six weeks at the hostel were fantastic! The best part was bonding with awesome volunteers from all over the world, like family. The inviting atmosphere and interaction with guests made it vibrant. Time flew by! Nature lovers will adore it - near the beach in one of Spain's most stunning regions. Surfing, hiking, biking - it's all there. Highly recommend! Special thanks to Ezequiel for all the support and friendship! And to all the team for all the good times we spent together, I'll never forget it :)

I had a wonderful time at the hostel. The hostel is very well organized. The team supports you in any possible way and always tries to make your experience perfect. The tasks are easy and the instructions (in form of checklists for every shift) are very comprehensive. Definitely use your time to explore Asturias as well! The working hours leave a lot of time to enjoy the stay at the hostel (meeting great people, surf, hiking and much more). It really felt like home to me and I will miss the great energy.

My experience at the hostel was amazing! I stayed for 7 weeks and loved the cosy and relaxed atmosphere. I had a lot of fun with the other volunteers and staff. It really feels like a family! The manager Ezequiel always makes sure that you are feeling comfortable. Also the volunteer work is clearly explained and organized. Working hours are good; you'll have a lot of free time to go surfing or explore the environment. Asturias has a lot to offer: beautiful mountains, beaches and cute fisher towns. My experience at the hostel was completely unmatched to anything I've ever done. The hostel has a lot of love go into it which makes it feel like a second home. If you're looking to be surrounded by some of the best beaches and mountain ranges you've seen this is your sign to apply. The hours are manageable and most of the time you're either working in a pair or there will be someone on to help you out. Thank you to Ezequiel and the team !

Oh, this place is incredible! I had the opportunity to be part of an amazing team of volunteers and staff, all providing support and creating an environment where everyone feels at home. The hostel is very well-organized. The staff room is excellent, with places to put our belongings and everything is clearly labeled. The kitchen is also well-equipped with appropriate spaces and kept clean. The vibe of the place is great, with surf lessons, skateboarding, bicycles, and beautiful beaches. I am very happy to have had this incredible experience. Thank you for everything, GSH family!🫶

If you're considering this opportunity, definitely do it. Life really is better at the hostel, and the volunteers get basically the best place to sleep in the house. Genuinely, the only bad part of my experience was having to leave. So much art and music and unique souls create a super welcoming community within the hostel.

I had such an amazing time at the hostel !!! I met alot of new people everyday and therefore could practice my spanish and my english really pretty good. The team was amazing aswell and it was a really familiar atmosphere because we did alot of things together. The work was manageable and since we often worked as a team it could also be fun. I definetly enjoyed the free surfboards and surf lessons aswell.
