Working on the home was a lovely experience. It's very quiet and in a small town with nothing in it. So long as you're ready to spend lots of time alone with your thoughts then you'll enjoy yourself. The living situation is also well done. All the volunteers live together in a house with everyone helping out with cooking and cleaning. You'll have lots of time to get to know each other and become friends. Debbie and Daniel were both considerate hosts who provided all that we needed. They are friendly and made an effort to ensure we were adapting well

I had the most incredible experience at this the home! The warmth and hospitality from Debbie and Daniel were beyond compare. The way they've organized the place is truly impressive – I never felt lacking anything. They exceeded our expectations in every way, and I'm so grateful for the opportunity to learn so much here. From the very beginning my boyfriend and I we felt very welcomed! The place is very cozy and sweet. Our tasks were very clear about the home the house rules. Everything has labels and you can really know what you can use and what not. We really felt Debbie as our friend! She took us to many different locations around Normandy for festivals, fireworks, concerts and we really had the chance to enjoy volunteering while having fun. We usually have a list with all the things that we need to do around the home, feeding chickens and cats. We also learn a lot about the home kitchen and recipes!

Great experience to connect with nature in a quiet town in France. Everything is as it says on the advertisement. Deborah and Daniel are really good hosts and good people, they'll help you in everything you need. Already miss the cats.

Thank you Debbie and Daniel for really great experience! It's well organised and everything is supplied. It's such a good place to connect with nature and to escape the city life.After being for a long time at hostels it was a nice place to recharge my batteries.;) I learned new things about gardening and birds. And also cats are really lovely and cute. Debbie is such a good person, we had great conversations and I felt really welcomed already from the first day. Thank you! :)

I had a great experience! My job consisted in gardening and feeding cats and chickens, you have to do 25 hours of work weekly but the hours are flexible. If you would like to connect with nature this is the place! It's absolutely stunning. Debbie is a great host she's very caring and always makes you feel at home, I will never forget this experience and I am glad it was my first. 😊

This was one of my best experiences in worldpackers! The place is big and beautiful, me and my boyfriend Nico felt really comfortable. I loved feeding the animals and taking care of the cats (they are really friendly and lovely)! Both Debbie and Daniel made sure that we had everything we needed and always were there to help us. We're very grateful for the trust! The area is quiet and beautiful with a lot of old buildings, perfect to disconnect for a while! We're really grateful for the opportunity! It was a pleasure to meet Debbie and I alrady miss everything!

It is a wonderful place!! It is perfect to enjoy tranquility, weekly they brought us what we needed for food, they really gave us everything! We ate very well, the work is fun, you will be outdoors a lot and surrounded by a beautiful landscape, you will have the house to yourself, and the animals are incredible! we are going to miss this place. Debbie and Daniel are very attentive, and they will always be willing to help and answer any questions you may have. I recommend it 100%

I had a great time at the home! I would have stayed longer if I could! Debbie was really welcoming, we had plenty of things to do in the home, with the animals and other bits in the house. Debbie is really trying to create a bond with the volunteers and it makes the experience so special, feels like being part of the family! The cats were adorable and I miss being there already! I would definitely recommend this experience to anyone!
