All the positive reviews aboutthe hostel are true. Instead of repeating them, I'll share my own personal story. I became very sick while I was there and it took me a long time to recover. This is already scary and difficult enough as a solo traveler. Vanja, Luigi, and everyone around me were incredibly helpful and took care of me when I couldn't take care of myself. I'm deeply grateful for all the kindness and support I received! It truly shows how amazing the people in this the hostelare. Thank you for everything! 🫶

I had a great time working with the team of staff and volunteers at thethethe hostel. The operations are very organised and well-structured which means everything runs very smoothly. the hostelitself is super clean and comfortable with great wifi throughout the property. I would love to return in the future.

I had the best time as atthe hostel's! When I first saw the hostelonline, I knew I wanted to go there intuitively. Couldn't book online, showed up anyways. The welcoming vibe, positive energies and creative people I met every day made it feel like home very quick, so instead of 2 days I've stayed 3,5 weeks in Recife. Since I didn't want to leave anyways, we arranged a volunteering spontaneously. Vanja, the cook for the breakfast, is the sweetest person ever, she thought me so much Portuguese and how to make tapioca. Thanks so much for giving me a home for a while, I miss you a lot already! 🧚🏽‍♀

What aboutthe hostel? I think my experience at the hostelboils down to GRATITUDE. Since the first contact with Luigi, I felt welcomed. On the first day I arrived, a beautiful surprise, I got my own name in that place. I had the first day off to adapt, and the next day I received very specific training on the tasks that would be my responsibility, which was very good, especially for your first volunteering. As forthe hostel's facilities, the place is beautiful, very pleasant, cozy, and homey. This the hostelexperience has transformed me!

As my first Worldpacker experience, the hostelwas an amazing place to start. Everyone was engaged to make thethethe the hostelorganized, clean and comfortable for the guests, and they are also concerned about the environment, which I learned so much from everyone! It was a place of healing and restoration of what's truly of my essence. I liked it so much that I prolonged my stay with them, and the hours of volunteering were very flexible. You have clear tasks of what you need to do, but you also need to be proactive and notice the things that need to be done. Thank you so much for everything! ❤️

The hostelé uma casa centenária lindissima, tem alma de casa de verdade. A energia do Luigi e da Vanja é tao boa que o local fica leve, gostoso. Incluindo as pessoas que la vão. Luigi é um príncipe, educadisdimo, paciente, simpático, pessoa maravilhosa de mais. Dona Vanja nem se fala, que mulher extraordinária, querida, cuida de todos, um amor de pessoa. Eles respeitam muito os voluntários, horários, tarefas, tudo muito organizado. 1000 de 10. Como voluntariado ou como hospede othe hostel é o lugar perfeito em Recife✨️🥰😍

Melhor lugar do REC! ♡ Seja para hospedar ou voluntários, oo hostel é a nossa casinha no Recife. Todo mundo é maravilhoso, a casa é perfeita, o cafe é incrível, pertinho de tudo. Oo hostel é um lugar lindo, cheio de histórias, pessoas legais, equipe comprometida e localização excelente. Voluntariei no café da manhã e foi ótimo, trabalho tranquilo e leve, possibilitando socializar e fazer amizades com hóspedes e funcionários, horários respeitados e por ser de manhã tem o dia livre para aproveitarooo hostel. Com certeza o melhor lugar pra voluntariar em Recife, fui por recomendação e comprovei todos os elogios q fazem aothethe hostel, lugar alegre com pessoas acolhedoras, fui muito bem recebida pelo anfitrião Luigi e sua mãe Vanja, trabalhei auxiliando a Luzi, uma pessoa maravilhosa que proporcionava momentos de muitas risadas e conversas descontraídas.O voluntário Fabrício e Luna também fizeram dos meus dias de voluntariado mais felizes, tenho um carinho enorme por eles.E não posso esquecer do cantor oficial dothethe hostel,Kiko q fazia dos domingos a noite um momento de interação bacana com todos.
