The experience

We are an NGO that started 4 years ago and had welcomed many volunteers of different backgrounds and from different nations. We are based in Sale in a small town called ‘Karia’. What’s special about us is that the cultural and language exchange project we gave birth to has been successful in terms of shaping the thinking of the forgotten and marginalized youth of Karia.

What you offer

18 hours of help per week

Teaching Languages: Teaching a language to the host, guests, or local communities.

Additional fee required

Requirements

Intermediate English or Intermediate Spanish

Over 18 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

Be from outside Morocco

What's not included

Flights, Travel Insurance, Internal Transportation and Visa

Program Details

Volunteers get to teach our kids, teenagers, and also adults English, French, or Spanish or any other language but mainly the latter ones. Also volunteers get to share with us their expertise and cuisine culture by organizing a cooking class where we learn from each other cooking our countries' food. Also volunteers are welcome to share with us their skills in sports or whatever and engage us in an organized activity. Apart from the main mentioned activities, the volunteer is free to suggest and plan.

Activities & Shift

One to two classes a day of 1 hour and a half or two.
