Both Jota and Jose are wonderful hosts which will make you feel home from the first second. They are also always happy to help and very flexible with everything. I was able to choose exactly ther dates I wanted, extend my stay, go for some days away in between... The hostal is a really nice place, great to meet people and working in reception is relatively easy. If you are able to speak both english and spanish you will also have the chance to work as a translator on the tours their agency offers, which is a great experience! Recommend 100 per cent volunteering here!

The hostel was a great experience. Being a translator in the Amazon was somenthing amazing and the tasks in the hostel (mostly reception) were very easy. The owners Jose and Jota are just great; They are super easygoing, flexibale with working days and always available, they make you feel at home. The hostel has great vibes and this volunteering was a great opportunity to learn about the Amazonas, to meet locals and learn about the indigena community. Highly reccomanded.

Volunteering at the hostel is a great but also challenging experience. The hostel and the other volunteers are great, there is a swimming pool and exercise area, only the volunteer's room is a bit small and messy. Sometimes volunteers have to sleep in hammocks if there are more volunteers than beds, and also you won't keep the same bed during your stay. I really liked translating in the jungle tours but it would have been great to get the two agreed free days in a row afterwards. More coordination of the volunteer's working schedule would have been helpful.

Tuve una experiencia increíble en el hostel. El ambiente es muy agradable, relajado y social. Los anfitriones son bacanos, siempre atentas y con muy buena energía. Cada jornada fue diferente y una experiencia muy divertida. Aprendí mucho sobre la cultura local y la vida en la Amazonía, todo mientras compartía momentos inolvidables con los viajeros y el equipo. Recomiendo totalmente este lugar a cualquiera que busque una experiencia auténtica, buena vibra y gente maravillosa.

Mi experiencia como voluntaria en el Amazonas fue increíble. Desde el primer día todos fueron muy amables y me hicieron sentir como en casa. El hostal es muy limpio, lindo y con una energía súper chill, ideal para disfrutar del lugar. El equipo de voluntarios fue genial, compartimos momentos únicos y aprendimos mucho juntos. Además, tuve la oportunidad de conocer más sobre el Amazonas y su magia, me llevo muchos recuerdos bonitos y personas maravillosas. 💚

El mejor voluntariado que se pueden encontrar. Después de voluntarear en el hostel, hay un antes y un después. Si te encantan los animales y probar cosas nuevas, estás en un gran lugar. Las mascotas del hostal son un amor y la mejor compañía que te vas a encontrar en los turnos. El staff es una chimba, y una vez pruebas la comida de Celeste no hay vuelta atrás 😭💕. Si estás dudando si ir o no, no lo pienses y solo hazlo. Jota y José siempre van a estar ahí pendientes para ayudarte en cualquier cosa ✨

Fue una experiencia muy linda, pude practicar idiomas, tuve contacto con la naturaleza y la cultura local. Me voy más que feliz y bien alimentada, las personas del staff me trataron con mucho respeto y rapidamente con cariño. El Hostel tiene una energía agradable y siento que rápidamente se transformo en un hogar. Super recomiendo para todos los que les gusten la tranquilidad, los deportes, la naturaleza, y los animales a venir y conocer este hermoso lugar.

Mi experiencia en el hostel fue increíble. El lugar en sí es muy lindo y cómodo. Las tareas en el Hostel son sencillas, y las traducciones no se sienten como trabajo. Se respeta todo lo acordado. Además, las personas del staff y José y Jota son siempre súper amables, y te ayudan en lo que necesitas. Sin duda alguna un gran lugar e inigualable oportunidad para conectar con la selva y conocer un poco de la cultura el hostel distintas comunidades. Lo recomendaría muchísimo.

Esta experiencia fue transformadora para mi. El equipo es muy amable y me sentí como en casa desde el primer día. Me conecté profundamente con la naturaleza y aprendí mucho sobre culturas indígenas. Es un lugar especial lleno de gente con buena onda, y cambió mi forma de pensar y como quiero vivir mi vida. El trabajo es sencillo y incluye la oportunidad de hacer tours geniales.
