My experience at the hostel Backpacker was very good. The hosts Emma and Anvar were always around. I really enjoyed the events they have at the hostel like the Family Dinner. The location of the hostel is very good, I always walk to know more about the city, it is a perfect environment to meet people from all over the world. I recommend this experience.

I had an amazing time at the hostel! This was my first Worldpackers experience, and I couldn't have asked for a better one. I was only meant to stay for 4 weeks, I ended up loving it so much I stayed for another 4 and I'm planning on going back in September. the hostel truly feels like a big family, I had so much fun and everyone is so inviting and friendly. I did Housekeeping and Reception, I was properly trained in both roles and had plenty of free time to explore London. I would definitely recommend the hostel to anyone!

I loved my experience at the hostel, I met wonderful people, the structure of the hostel and the facilities is great, the tasks are fair and London is amazing, with so much to do and see! I always recommend the hostel 🤍 if you want a family away from your home, this is the place!

The hostel is a perfect place to stay, be a volunteer and meet international people. This place feels like home, this people is my family. The hostel has all the facilities you need, a huge kitchen and very comfy couches to share a good conversation with people, listening music and having fun. Also, the family dinners and other activities keep people together. The location of the hostel is perfect, usually we walked to all the iconic London places enjoying good views. The buses stops, tube station, supermarkets, pharmacy, bikes... are very close and safe. Once you're here you don't want to go ❤️

If you are reading this you better start praying to get accepted here (honestly!). I've volunteered in many hostels before and have always been lucky to find a place like this; where it feels like home, people are like family and has great facilities. MGMT, Leo then and now Georgia, have made my stay here memorable! The weekly hours, schedule and tasks are just perfect and flexible. Thank you the hostel family for keeping us all, the volunteers, here during the COVID19 pandemic and being supportively. I will forever be thankful for this opportunity. Cheers, Ricardo

I felt very much at home at the hostel, the hours are super fair and the tasks require you to take responsibility for things which is great if you want to build up a CV. The hostel has great facilities, places to socialise and also to chill out. I'd recommend it and hope to be back soon!

The experience in the hostel was wonderful. I think that couldn't be better, the hostel is a lovely place, big and with a lot of things to do. The energy of the place is something very great, there is others volunteers that creates a family place, also enjoyed to talk with others guests of the hostel. The manager Leo and after Georgia are truly concerned with creating an awesome experience for all volunteers. The tasks was not difficult and I learned a lot of new things, I totally recommend this place and already want to go back one day.

My experience at the hostel was phenomenal! The hostel staff and guests are wonderful, and make you really feel at home away from home. The work is exactly the way it was arranged before it came, some busier days and some quieter days, like anywhere. The manager is super attentive and a great person. I really recommend this experience.

First, the location it's amazing, you have everything near, the kitchen is really nice and the social events within the Hostal are really a good thing. There is always something good happening. Biking is always a good idea, specially for the great location. The only thing, sometimes the team felt quite separated, but when I left, the manager was joining the Team. Most of the time I was outside, but this hostel is definitely one of my great life experiences.

Dear traveller, if you're reading this, the hunt is over. the hostel is THE Worldpackers experience you are looking for in London: great atmosphere, friendly and down to earth team and management, very reasonable hours and tasks (which gives you the flexibility to create a routine), central location and great access to ammenities, attractions, and transport. Last but not least, this hostel is a place to make genuine and lasting friendships. This is an experience that will never be forgotten.
