The experience

Communities living at the edge of Kibale forest National Park have for edges experienced encounters with wildlife such as forest elephants, chimpanzees, baboons, monkeys, buffalos, hippos, snakes, antelopes etc. Local women of Kyabakwerere in partnership with Little Monkey Camp decided to coexist with wildlife. The women have become guardians of wildlife to the surrounding communities along the forest boundaries.
