I really enjoyed my time Kenya! It was truly a once in a lifetime experience. I got to meet a lot of incredible children who seek for a better future. It's been a blessing playing with them, teaching them and improving their lives a little bit. There is still a lot of work needed in terms of renovating the dorms of the children (the boys dorm for example needs more mosquito protection, more blankets and pillows, etc) but with the combination of the volunteers and Andrew I really believe things are going in the right direction! The family is also very loving and follow your needs!

My experience in this volunteer program has been great. Andrew and his family have been lovely and have made me feel like one of them. Andrew is very concerned that the volunteers feel at home and gives all the facilities he has to solve any situation. It has been a super enriching experience in all aspects and I really recommend it to everyone. You think you are going to help there but it is amazing what the kids and the people there teach you. All the kids give off an incredible happiness and they are lovely. Really, any help is always welcome, you just have to have desire and illusion.

My experience in this volunteering has been wonderful. Andrew and his family have welcomed me as if I were part of their own family. It is very enriching to see how they care about the children and the project they are developing to improve their quality of life. The children are super friendly and nice, it has been very hard to say goodbye to them. Focusing on the project, the children live in dormitories that need an urgent reform. Next year a medical center will be created in the girls' bedrooms and that is why we want to create a crowdfunding so that the girls can sleep somewhere.

I had a great experience. It not an overstatement to say that Andrew's family is like a 2nd family. I had a great collaboration with the teacher of my class, the kids are full of love and i am very happy that I managed to fundraise so that we properly build the classroom of my class plus the toilets for the boys. Do apply if you love kids, both where you volunteer and where u stay.

This was a beautiful experience! The host and his family are very welcoming and helpful. Spending time with the kids is always fun because they are energetic and have so many questions. Lots of singing, laughing, dancing, and playing. They are so loving and joyful despite the difficulties that they face. My time here was short, but it was still hard to leave because of the connections with the kids that I had made. I learned so much about Kenyan culture and I'm so grateful for this experience. If you volunteer here, try to take in every moment because it will go by quickly.

I absolutely loved this experience!!! Andrew is a great host and makes you feel very welcomed. He's open to a lot of ideas if you talk to him about it. The rest of the family, especially Becky, are so nice too. They truly care about your well-being and make sure you eat enough. The kids are amazing. They're so welcoming, loving and are always down to talk to you or even joke around with you. There's a lot of flexibility when it comes to the work in the school, as you can choose for yourself which grade you want to go to. In the end, the experience was amazing and I recommend it to everyone!!

It was a lovely experience! All the kids are friendly and amazing, they always make sure to know you, to spend time with you and to make you feel welcomed. Andrew and his family are very kind, they make you feel like at home, Becky always making sure you eat properly! It was also great to be able to go to the market from time to time to buy some fruit or cookies. I recommend this experience to everyone willing to go out of their comfort zone and to help kids with everything you can, as there is many things you can do there to help them.

I loved this experience very much! Andrew and his family welcome you with open arms and try everything to make your stay as nice as possible. Andrew's father often took us on walks, which allowed us to see a lot of the area. Andrew took very good care of the volunteers and also made sure that everything was perfect with our safari. He also drove us several times to the nearest city. The kids are such wonderful people - you will love them! The accommodation is on the same property as the school, so you don't have to go far and can spend all your free time with the kids. Thank you Andrew! <3

Volunteering in Kenya as a medical student was an incredibly enriching experience. it was truly eye-opening to see the medical challenges they face on a daily basis. My host was incredibly welcoming, and made sure that I felt at home from the moment I arrived. They showed me around the local area, helped me settle into my accommodation. Their hospitality was a great reflection of the warm and welcoming nature of the Kenyan people. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an opportunity to make a real difference in the world, and to learn more about a different culture and way of life.

This was truly one of the most amazing experiences of my entire life! I cannot express it enough, it was life changing to see the lives of the children, the Kenyan culture and just the day to day life of this amazing, colorful place. I will never forget about my time here and i truly wish to come back! Our host and his family were amazing and so welcoming! (I was a medical volunteer, doing check-ups on the kids, which was extremely helpful and such a valuable experience, i got the chance to observe the conditions of rural areas, which is so important to me as a medical student)
