Program Details

The Volunteers at our NGOs have different tasks. If you want to apply for an administrative role, you are required to have skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Your task can vary between marketing, Public Relations, Fundraising, writing a monthly Newsletter and updating on Social Media (Facebook, X, our Blog and Instagram), depending on what your skills are and what we need at the time of your arrival.

Sambhali also develops yearly campaigns in Jodhpur that focus on women’s empowerment (e.g., End violence towards women). Volunteers in this role would help to organize these campaigns.

If you have programming skills, you can also help us to keep our website updated.

There is also the option of adding a teaching component to this role, in one of our empowerment centers.

If you want to, we have a Guesthouse next to us, that is working with us together and there you can easily find a place to stay while you are volunteering.

For more informations about us, you can look us up on Social Media or visit our website: https://www.sambhali.org/volunteer

Activities & Shift

The shift is from 11 am to 5 pm.
You also have off the weekends.

Rules

To respect the women who attend the centers, volunteers are required to dress modestly in these. Staff at the charity can support you with this on arrival.
