It changes your perspective. Noah is a kind man and will make sure your experience is smooth and unforgettable. The children welcome you warmly, but your job is to open your eyes and be proactive in identifying what they are missing or what can be improved, respecting their culture, but bringing your knowledge and skills in improving their everyday life. Participate in ongoing projects such as the dormitory fundraising video, selling drawings and growing diverse crops. I recommend you go on safari and discover what Kenya has to offer. Enjoy it :)

The experience is good, Noah is really communicative, and explains/helps with all he can. On the other hand, in the orphanage you'll have to be really proactive, there are a lot of things to learn and to do. The kids are awesome!

I had a beautiful experience in the project. I spent 10 days with the kids and it was amazing. They are so lovely!!!! In the project you can learn about the Kenyan culture, meet friendly people and exchange your language and culture with the kids. Joseph, Noah and Betty are wonderful people and they are doing the best as possible for the children. I highly recommend this experience if you want give love and received a lot more. I already miss them so much! I will never forget the time I spent in the project!

It has been a delight from beginning to end; the children, the family, the experience and the genuineness of the project itself. They make you feel at home and are always open to hearing new ideas and helping you with anything you may need. โ€‹I fell in-love with the children from day one, they have taken my heart to its entirety and I will definitely follow up with future projects. โ€‹The willingness from the project to grow and the challenges they have faced are truly inspiring, you think you go to help them, when in reality you are the one who ends up receiving so much more. feel free to text me!!!

Embarking on a solo volunteering journey in Kenya was a decision that left an indelible mark on my heart. From the moment I was welcomed by the local team, I felt like a part of a family. Noah is an incredible host who will do anything to help you and Joseph, the owner of the orphanage, is always worried about the well being of the children! The kids are all amazing and super sweet . I already miss them a lot ! Dont hesitate to embark on this journey and any doubt you can ask me :)

I spent 1 month at the project. I recommend this experience because the project is special place, children are lovely and always bring a smile to your face. You learn a lot about local culture since very few muzungus are usually in the area, and people are wonderful in their efforts to get to know you and your culture. Special thanks to Noah, the one responsible for making this possible for volunteers, as well as Joseph for creating this place and making you feel comfortable in it. Thanks to all who have been with me in, both volunteers and locals. I hope to return someday because I will never forget it.

I spent two very special weeks in the project. It was an experience that I recommend to have in order to really live in the local culture surrounded by people who make you feel at home, but above all surrounded by the smiles of the children, always ready to share quality time together and always with a smile. Special thanks to Noah, always there to help at any time and for any need and Joseph who takes care every day to let you have everything you need to feel at home. Thank you very much, I carry you all in my heart with the hope of seeing you again one day!

Volunteering at the project was an incredibly touching experience that touched my heart deeply. Spending time with the 60 children who have no families was both humbling and eye-opening, reminding me of the importance of compassion and connection. Noah, the gracious host, went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and integration into the community. His kindness and support made me feel like I was truly part of something special. There is not enough space to give a thorough review of this. For those interested in learning more, feel free to contact me on IG: cometravelwithchu.

Doing this volunteering has been one of the best decisions of my life. It has been an amazing experience that I will never forget. the project is a peaceful and reliable place. The children are so friendly and nice, they always have a smile on their face and you can do whatever with them. Noah, Joseph, Dorcas and all the staff at the project are very attentive to your needs and constantly make sure that you are well. the project has become a second family for me, I have felt very loved and happy during my stay there. I would highly recommend this volunteer to everyone and I will definitely come back.
