I hab an absolutely great time. We we're a lovely team and Alfonso is doing his things well. I was there during Christmas. We Celebrate with a Lot of different People. Chilenos, Argentinos, French,Belgium and German. We had fun! Pro and Con is, that the Hostel is next to the beach, Clubs and Restaurants. So If you want to have some fun, its perfect for you. If you want to sleep Well and enjoy quiet, its semi perfect. In the end, you will have a good time, and the Hostel itself is Nice. Buen Viaje!

I immediately felt at home at the hostel. The place was clean, and everyone there was very friendly and outgoing. My favorite part about it was how much time both the guests and volunteers there spend with each other.

My experience at the hostel was beyond expectations. The place was beautiful, the weather was perfect and it's located right next to the beach. Despite my limited Spanish Dora made an effort to socially communicate with me everyday. This place felt like home and I'll never forget this positive volunteering experience.

Dora is a very kind person, willing to help volunteers like family. Despite my limited Spanish, Dora patiently communicates with me. The work here is easygoing, the atmosphere is pleasant, and the breakfast is also very good. Thanks again to Dora and her family!

Overall I enjoyed my time at the hostel :). The owner and owners family are good people with a sense of humor. The only negative thing is there was not a ton to do in the city of Arica so I felt a bit bored sometimes. The work is not too intense and you really get to practice your Spanish with the owners and other volunteers. I will always remember my time fondly at this place :)

I had an amazing time! The whole family really makes you feel at home:). The hours are also very fair and you get a nice and varied schedule to plan your week, something i loved.

I had an amazing time at Wilka the hostel. The host family and especially kate are really welcoming and patient with first timers. The tasks I had to perform were all quite straightforward. The hostel itself has a very good vibe, and interactions with volunteers and guests alike was always great. If I had to point out a negative it would be that there was a bed bug problem for the time I was there. Despite this in can whole-heartedly recommend this volunteering opportunity to anyone interested. Especially if you're into surfing.

Had a great time living next to the beach and working in an overall relaxed environment. The family in charge really are great at creating an atmosphere where I felt comfortable. I would definitely come back again.
