My experience on wachara farm was nothing short of magical. Wachara and his wife Dang (who cooked 3 delicious meals a day) are a perfect balance of kind, caring, and knowledgeable people who put much effort into giving the volunteers an amazing experience. I got the opportunity to do many different activities such as building wooden structures, planting potatoes, pulling peanuts, helping locals with their community gatherings and spending lots of time in nature. I feel very great-full and lucky to have had the opportunity to work with and around wachara and his family.

I loved my experience at the farm, it was so peaceful and has incredible landscapes! Dang cooks 3 amazing meals a day and there is so much food! Only thing to mention is there's no electricity on the farm but there is in the local village just 15 minutes walk away

My experience at the farm was simply incredible! from the first day the farm dang and phone welcomed me with great affection and made me feel at home. I will really miss the delicious dang's meals , the walk and chanting of the Buddha every morning, working with the farm and the great team of volunteers that I had the opportunity to meet. Thank you for making me part of your family for a few days and for teaching me the true value of living simply and in harmony with nature, I am sure that I will visit the farm again one day : )

This was one of the highlights of my entire trip travelling in Asia. A truly authentic local experience you would not find anywhere else. the farm and his wife Dang were very kind and welcomed us into their home. I usually eat meat, however being vegetarian on this farm was no problem as Dang's cooking was delicious and she provided endless amounts of food. I would 100% recommend this volunteer experience to anyone! You'll have an amazing. Although, be prepared; this experience is back to BASICS. You'll be sleeping in a bamboo shack on a farm in the mountains, not much else is around.

From the moment we got to the farm we felt so welcomed and comfortable. We came during hot season so we only ended up having to work half of the day because it would be too hot in the afternoon which was very kind. The work itself was also very enjoyable, I'll never forget harvesting a field full of garlic. Life on the farm was very laid back and easy and it felt like a much needed refresh. As many other reviews say, Dang's cooking was amazing and she always made sure we had enough to eat. Overall, this was just an incredible experience that I'll never forget.

Everything was perfect from the day I arrived till the day i left. the farm, Dang and Phone have been very accommodating, heart-warming and kind. The place is full of activities while living a simple life at the farm. Its worth the time to spend some days here.

My partner and I had the most lovely stay at the farm! After a busy month of travel, slowing down for a week was exactly what we needed. the farm, Dang, and Phon make you feel right at home! The food was amazing (and vegetarian!) and you'll never be hungry because they are always offering you more food :) The work wasn't difficult and it was really nice to spend so much time outside and with nature. Thank you the farm and family for an amazing stay!

I had a wonderful time during my stay at the farm. The hosts were incredibly friendly and kind, and the local villagers were welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend visiting them to experience their hospitality firsthand. I'm looking forward to visiting again soon.
