The experience

Come help us out at my organic farm. The farm is hidden away from the noise of the city and volunteers stay in a private bungalow here. I lead meditation 2 times per day and welcome volunteers to join me and learn more about themselves and the Thai culture. Program Details

I started my farm two years ago and now am growing tons of my own fruit and vegetables. I studied agriculture in Chiang Mai and love to share with others my knowledge about organic farming.

Activities & Shift

In the morning, I welcome you to join me in walking meditation. We then have breakfast and work on the farm (planting seeds, digging, harvesting, etc..) until lunch. The amount of work per day depends on the season but volunteers have lots of time for reading, painting, writing, drawing and relaxing. In the evening time, we have a campfire, we meditate and look at the stars all together. There is also a waterfall, lake, elephant camp, and temple nearby that yu can visit.
