The hostel is the best in Florianopolis, I had an amazing time. I was treated like family and I met the nicest people there. Max is an amazing and friendly person. He handled everyone with love and respect, I had a great time and it was really had to say goodbye.

Really loved working here, Lagoa is a great chill town with friendly people and still enough to do to stay busy. the hostel had a great vibe and was a nice mix of relaxing in the hammocks by the pool and friendly people wanting to go out at night. Max was a great host and very communicative and clear with the volunteers, and the work wasn't too difficult.

I spent 2 weeks really great! Top team, nice volunteers, well hostel with lots of equipment to have fun. Be careful if you want to sleep well isn't the place, between fiesta and night work it's great but tiring. Beaches, hiking, bar and party... i loved it! Only small downside is the communication of the manager mainly via whatsapp group sometimes lacking some tact. He doesn't forget that we are volunteers, we do our best and it is sometimes not easy to integrate all at once especially when one does not master the language. But that remains a detail and that will not stop me from coming back!

The hostel was my first Worldpackers experience and it was great! The hostel has a great ambiance, the staff is super friendly and guests make it even a better place. Work is fairly divided and Max, the owner, respects all the working times. I recommend it to all those who want to experience Floripa and have a great time :) Thank you Max and thanks to all the hostel team!

Having a great experience here at the hostel. The staff are all friendly. There's the sweetest couple Ann and Matias who have been working here for about 5 months now, they are great to go to if you have any questions. The owner is a nice guy, and everything here is very relaxed. The hostel is just a one bus ride away from Joaquina, Barra da Lagoa, mole, and gravata. :)

Minha experiência no hostel foi muito especial . Acabei ficando quatro meses porque realmente gostei do ambiente, da equipe e da organização do lugar. Aqui aprendi muito, inclusive inglês, e o intercâmbio com pessoas de vários países foi incrível O trabalho é claro, e bem estruturado. Sou muito grata pelo tempo que vivi aqui e recomendo demais! 💛✨

Sem dúvidas essa foi uma das melhores experiências de voluntariado das 7 que tive até então! Eu simplesmente amei o hostel, a equipe, as instalações e como tudo fluiu conforme os combinados. O voluntariado tem escala flexível e funciona muito bem pois tem checklist e assim todos conseguem acompanhar o que está sendo feito, é tudo muito organizado e funcional. Estar tão pertinho da Lagoa foi muito especial e lindo. E na equipe são todos muito queridos, me senti em casa. Gratidão demais ao Max e equipe por essa experiência 🥰

AME pasar por el hostel, perdí el miedo a hablar en inglés, Gus se transformó en un amigo y pude reírme con Max como con cada voluntario y viajero. Parece una gran familia a la que le gusta reír y disfrutar todo lo que ofrece floripa 🫶 Gracias por permitirme ser en libertad, por colaborar y contribuir de una manera sana. Volvería cien veces porque había reído tanto en los últimos seis meses como aquí 😅🫶 GRACIAS GRACIAS GRATIDÃO 🙏🏻

The hostel é o tipo de lugar que todo mochileiro deve conhecer, lugar cheio de experiência única, com toda certeza vai marcar a tua vida de mochileiro! O Max é um cara fenomenal, sempre flexivel e sempre disposto a te ajudar em tudo! E fora que o cara é muito consciente, da vontade de ser amigo de verdade! Agrega demais! Enfim… the hostel é vida!
