I stayed in Casablanca downtown. Experience itself was really nice. I had a chance to meet many local people, went for a trip organised by school, other volunteers were lovely and students were amazing. Working hours were good, still had a lot of free time. 3 times a week we had a lady coming to clean up the apartment and cook for us (food was really lovely ☺️). Apartament is just 5 mins walk from school with shops and restaurants around. Apartment was okay, could have few improvements. In general I recommend this experience 😍

The host is the perfect way to get to know Morocco and its culture as the students will tell you all about it, while you help them practice their English! Besides, most weeks, you can discover the country with an organised trip of the host. As long as you are flexible, open and enthusiastic, this is the perfect place for you!

My experience at the host was truly exceptional. I had a privilege of meeting so many incredible people from all over the world, as well as wonderful local students. For me teaching at the school was both a joy and a deeply enriching experience. On top of everything, the host organises fantastic and affordable trip for volunteers. By the end of my stay, I had the incredible opportunity to visit the Merzouga Desert — an experience that was truly unique and unforgettable. I would also like to express my sincere gratitude to Harim who is a very nice and kind person to work with.

At this experience you start to grasp just how much people from all over the world think like you. The work isn't considered work if you genuinely enjoy conversation. Plus you have plenty of free time to explore and enjoy Morocco. Communication could be improved a bit between host and volunteers. Otherwise I loved every second of this experience and would recommend coming here to anyone ⭐️

My time at the BA was wonderful, although I hadn't been informed that there are no classes in August. Since teaching wasn't possible, Harim kindly offered me the chance to help on the farm, which became the highlight of my stay. The local team at the farm is fantastic, especially Ayoub and Halid, who I grew very fond of. Ayoub, besides being an excellent Darija teacher, cooked us delicious local meals, guided us in all the farm work, and even stayed by my side when I had a small accident. Thanks to Ayoub, the workers and the other volunteers my experience was truly unforgettable 💙

We had a good experience; however, I believe the food situation needs improvement, or future volunteers should at least be informed in advance that meals are only provided two to three times a week. The students are amazing, and the school staff gave us a warm welcome. We also took a trip to the north of Morocco, which was affordable and absolutely incredible. Overall, it was a very enriching experience for us, full of learning and cultural exchange. I recommend it to anyone who wants to get to know Morocco.

The work was simple and involved speaking English at the school twice a day. The apartment was decent, but not much to do in Casablanca... Although lunch was listed as included, it was only provided three days a week, not even on all working days. I became ill and missed a day, the host sent me a message expressing disappointment and asked me to make up for the absence later. The way he addressed the situation was uncomfortable for me. Other volunteers also found the situation concerning. I did make up the missed day. School's organized trips, had a cost, but were worthwhile.

I really enjoyed the work itself. The hours were balanced—lighter on weekdays (1h30) and more demanding on weekends (6h/4h), but having Monday and Tuesday off was great for short trips. It was an amazing chance to connect with locals and learn about the culture. However, the accommodation did not fully match our agreement, and the mixed dorms were a concern. After a respectful talk with Harim, I decided to leave early and shared suggestions for improvement. I appreciate the experience and recommend clarifying details in advance.

I had a good time in the host, work was pretty easy and the hours were not bad. However, we were only given 2 meals a week, and some of the basic necessities, such as toilet paper or soap weren't provided, so we had to buy our own. Also, there were a lot of volunteers and only one shower and 2 toilets, so it was often really dirty. I still enjoyed my stay and working with the kids; some of the conversations were really interesting. The thing I loved the most was immersing in their culture and connecting with locals.

The staff and the other volunteers were great. The work is really easy and fun and you get to talk with local people a lot. The facilities were good but a bit small so I guees it can get very busy when there is a lot or volunteers. But the most important thing to say is that there are no 3 and a half day off, it's 2 days. Monday and tuesday. Also some days the work hours were spread along the day so yes, you work 3 hours but within 5 or 6 hours. Food also not included everyday as they say. Just few days in the week, basically when Hasaniya comes around.
