This people make the hostel amazing. It's been one of my favorite experiences so far, and the building is awesome. Don't expect a big “traditional” staff room, but I guess that's what makes the experience fun and different! Breakfast is good, and sometimes we did dinners all together. There's always fun stuff to do, and although you don't have any days off you can ask for one if you want to make a trip or take one of the free tours they offer. I spent Christmas and New Years with them and I appreciate they made me feel at home. Love you and miss you guys!

Nice hostel and really nice people! The atmosphere was very familiar and you never got bored. The work was very easy and you always had help from others, the bosses were friendly. Very good experience that I would certainly recommend!

There's a reason why this hostel is rated the best in Belfast, and deserves it too. The hostel has a great layout and it never feels like you're bored due to the environment it creates, especially the big common with a big square table for nice late night chats. You'll fall for the city and the small shops down the street. Every night, you can find a new spot to see and even though I was only there for a month, I got to meet some of the outgoing friendly locals. It's a great place to volunteer if you want to explore the city in all its capacity. GL!

The hostel is in a great location, close to tons of bars, the museum and botanic gardens, and a short walk to the city centre. It has a really artsy, bohemian vibe and yet also feels like home. It's fun meeting other travellers and having some nights out. The staff rooms are far from glamorous, but I didn't mind. The work is fair and easy - 2hrs a day plus a few shifts a week. Working shifts every day means it's hard to see the rest of Ireland, but you can do some free tours for staff. I loved my time at the hostel and am planning to be back later this year. Thanks Bob and Richard, it was great!
