It was my first volunteering experience and it was just perfect! Lu is the best and the staff in general was very nice. The work was easy to do and Sayulita is the perfect place for spending your free time. I stayed at the hostel as a guest first and it is one of the best hostels I've ever stayed. The daily activities are so much fun for guests and the volunteers as well! All in all I can absolutely recommend the hostel in general but especially for volunteering! Lots of love to the hostel 🌞💜🦋

I had the most magical month at the hostel, I could easily have stayed for longer!! I would highly recommend this volunteer position. The connections I made while staying here are ones that I will last a life time <3 Lu and the whole team here are some of the kindest, warmest people, they will make you feel at home right away. The location of the hostel is absolutely amazing, its right in the middle of town so close to everything. The work is very fair and social!! I am so sad to be leaving here!! Volunteering at the hostel has absolutely been the best experience in my live so far. I was suppose to volunteer for a month but ended up extending, cause I didn't feel like a month of this adventure was enough. The people in the hostel team is beautiful souls, and Lu and Ana are people I will never forget. The work you have to do is easy and I used most of my hours of working just meeting new people and making sure, that the guests had a good time. If you are a social person ready to make friends from all over the world, while being a part of a lovely team, the hostel is the place!

I had the best experience at the hostel! The work is fair for what you get. Lu and anna are super sweet. My favorite shift was breakfast because it left you with most of the day to do other things. The location of the hostel is unbeatable, one block from the beach and one block from the plaza. You have access to the surf boards, there is no bikes but Sayulita is pretty walkable. I feel ready to move on after one month because the town itself is small but I would 10/10 do it again. Good vibes for sure. Anyone can message me with questions!

I absolutely loved my experience at the hostel! The hostel was so cute and the perfect location for anyone wanting to get a taste of Sayulita life. The hours were easy and I liked the fact that everyday wasn't the exact same job responsibilities and involved fun things like volleyball or karaoke. The other volunteers and I (even people staying at the hostel) felt like a little family and I am so appreciative of my time there :) Definitely recommend to anyone who wants to visit and get to know this cute little surf town.

This was my first ever volunteering experience and it is hands down the best I could've had. Way better than I expected. After spending two months volunteering at the hostel, I couldn't be more grateful to Lu and all the volunteers for making me feel part of the family since the first day. The hostel has a perfect location and it feels like the heart of the town. I had nothing but amazing experiences with both guests and volunteers and Lu was very flexible and helpful when I needed to sort out some changes in my schedule.

Working at the hostel was an amazing experience! Made memories and friends that will last a lifetime! It was awesome getting to meet travelers from all over the world and exploring the town of Sayulita. The work was very manageable and did not feel like work at all for the most part. My Spanish improved tremendously working reception and talking with guests, and my English got worse because of our friends from Quebec, but it's slowly recovering. It was truly like being a part of a big family and I am beyond grateful for everyone at the hostel. Gracias por todo :))

I had an AMAZING time at the hostel😍 The vibes at the hostel are perfect and the tasks are easy! I would 100% recommend volunteering here to anyone. Sayulita is beautiful and you will feel like home from the first moment on!
