The experience
In exchange for free board & lodging & access to some world class activities at Vic Falls, you will:
Bring guests together socially
Sell food, drinks & activities
Run the evening BBQ from start to finish
Cost meals & source stock
Do stock counts
You are responsible for your own travel arrangements including visa and mandatory travel insurance.
1 month probation - Maximum stay 4 months.
What you offer
32 hours of help per week
Party Promoter:
Help organise and promote parties and social activities.
Bartending:
Make and serve drinks and help maintain the beverages inventory.
What you get
1 day off per week
Private Room:
You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.
Breakfast:
You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.
Lunch:
You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.
Dinner:
You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.
Discounts on Drinks:
Get discounts for drinks and beverages from our bar.
Free Laundry:
You can use our laundry room freely.
Free Tours:
We’ll take you on tours and rides around town. For free!
Requirements
Fluent English
Between 25 and 40 years old
Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Flights, Travel Insurance, Internal Transportation and Visa
Program Details
1 month probation extending a maximum of another 3 months (due to Zambian visa restrictions).
Accommodation in a private room, meals and small bar allocation offered in exchange for services.
Activities & Shift
In the main, shift will start in the afternoon with sourcing ingredients and preparing dishes and the fire for the evening BBQ. You will be required to cost the meals.
You will be required to run the BBQ and host the guests.
You will be expected to create a vibe, be entertaining and encourage guests to eat, drink and book activities at Fawlty Towers.
You will also be in charge of daily bar stock allocation and stock checks in the bar.
You will be expected to do 8 hours a day, but would manage your time as required.
