I really enjoyed my time with Armanda. He is a very chill guy who is understanding and willing to work with you. Hours were as described and all the tasks related to the post. Note: you should be comfortable with basic power tools. The town is absolutely beautiful with many opportunities for hikes during the day and just enjoying the plaza lights at night. Public transportation is not the best though and even Uber can be unreliable.

It was a nice experience at the hostel, even though the host had to be somewhere else during the time i was there, the communication via whatsapp worked well and the other volunteers and employees were were friendly and welcoming. The Kitchen could be equipped a little bit better and a bit more organised, but you have everything to cook. All in all a good experience! And the location is really good, you have a lot of restaurants and cafes in the surrounding area. Hiking in the mountains is great and i recommend to go to Matacanes for a canyoning tour!

The host Armando is very welcoming and was happy to help with tips about where to go and how to get there. We extended our stay for a week due to unforeseen changes in our travel plans and he was really easygoing about it. The work is quite minimal and only during the weekends. The city is very cute and the area is great for hiking. I would reccomend having access to a car as it can be a little challenging figuring out the public transport.

Armando is a lovely host. He helped us with any questions we had about the area. The work is very chill. The hostel is super cute. The town and surrounding area are beautiful and as the work is chill, you have plenty of time and energy to explore.

I stayed at the hostel for one month and I would definitely recommend volunteering here if you are in the area. The town itself is very pretty and it's a good place to connect with the locals and improve your Spanish. The work hours were more than fair and the tasks were not difficult. I had many days off which left me with plenty of time to explore the area. Muchas gracias Armando!

My stay at the hostel was fine. Working hours was only in the weekend, so I had a lot of spare time. Would definitely recommend this place if your up for hikes cause the area is great for that. Also if possible to bring your own car since all attractions are located far from the hotel and public transportation isn't an option. Armando is helpful and a nice person.

The hostel colorés is a chill place to stay but maybe too chill and boring if you don't have a car or any other project on your own. The tasks are exactly like the description, which is really good. So I would recommend it if you are not alone, if you have a project to work on and/or if you have a car.

The location isn't too busy and during the weekdays it really slows down so it gives you the opportunity to explore around.
