Program Details

We have proudly reintegrated 140 students who had dropped out back into the education system and empowered our group members through a successful microfinance initiative that has improved their living standards. I am blessed to have a warm and welcoming family that opens its doors with genuine hospitality and integrity to volunteers from around the world. Each evening, we gather for meals and roundtable discussions, celebrating the day’s achievements, sharing experiences, and planning meaningful learning activities for the next day.

Activities & Shift

Community Projects Led by Our Organization
1. Education
We are committed to transforming the lives of underprivileged children by raising funds to improve school infrastructure and support their education, with a special focus on empowering girls. Volunteers with teaching experience can make a direct impact by leading classes from kindergarten through upper school.
2. Healthcare
We strive to bring essential healthcare and support to vulnerable communities. Through fundraising and donations of food, clothing, and housing, we enhance the wellbeing of the elderly and disadvantaged. Healthcare professionals, including doctors and nurses, are invited to provide services in local and mobile clinics, making a real difference in people’s lives.
3. Organic and Permaculture Farming
We empower communities with sustainable farming and fishing practices. Volunteers can get hands-on, helping with digging, planting, and weeding, while those with experience can share their expertise. Fundraising supports essential equipment such as tools, water pumps, fences, nets, and engines, ensuring lasting impact and self-reliance.

Rules

Volunteers with us have the unique opportunity to explore tools, utensils, vessels, and caves used by our ancestors, fostering both trust and independence. They are encouraged to engage in hands-on work at their own pace and can also visit local fishing industries, interact with fishermen, and explore cultural shrines, spring water sites, museums, and seasonal streams.
