Volunteering at the hostel is an unforgettable experience for me. I arrived out season so it was a calm and peaceful time. Duilio and Erika hosted me wonderfully and I felt at home right from the start. Volunteering in the hostel is an opportunity to get to know the village and community life of Torre del Colle, and to get to know the amazing area around. The tasks at the hostel are very clear and comfortable, and all communication with the hosts was excellent. I will for sure come back again, and recommend to anyone considering to coming too!

The volunteer at the hostel Bevagna- Assisi was a special volunteering, really living in a countryside area , far and secluded from the outside noise, transportation by bike and views out of this world!! If you are looking for a quiet time in nature, time to connect with yourself, this might be a great opportunity for you. Tasks as agreed upon ,all sorts of cleaning mostly. Great ,understanding ,friendly hosts , thank you so much Duilio and Erika๐Ÿ’•

Staying in this beautiful Umbrian valley gives you an unforgettable experience. Nice and laid back people, great food and an adorable, very Italian village that seems to be out of a different time. The work, schedule and accommodation are exactly like agreed upon beforehand and the great people here try to make everything possible in order for you to get the most wholesome insight into this region of Italy. I enjoyed taking care of this beautiful place and its visitors, bake cakes for the guests and explore this part of the country.

It was my first experience with Worldpackers and It couldn't be better. The place is magical and I got amazing memories there. I was so lucky living here because I had the opportunity to be immerse in the culture, getting new friends and testing the best wine. The job is easy and enjoyable, specially when is about making cakes and having fun with the guests. the hostel is a family and I keep them in my heart for ever. Grazie mille ๐Ÿ’•

Be prepared to live in a breathtakingly beautiful place in the Umbrian hills. I've never felt more in the real Italy than in the hostel Assisi/Bevagna. Duilio and Erika made me feel welcomed and at home, with their upright and docile son ;) they form a nice family. The surrounding were astonishing. Tasks were of various nature, think about doing some beds, staying guard at the reception or cooking a cake in a working shift. It was never dull and they're not too rigid about the work. The presence of the dog Heide (l'attrice) and cat Mina (la principessa) was a plus. Would highly recommend!

The hostel is a special place, where I felt at home as soon as I got there. I learned a lot about hospitality and I had a big opportunity to improve myself. What struck me the most is the freedom of working in a pleasant environment while always being myself. Duilio, Laura and all the staff are really special people and they are always willing to help. We spent really nice moments all together. The experience is enhanced by the amazing setting of Torre del Colle, dominated by history, silence and beautiful landscapes. All these aspects made my first volunteer unforgettable.

Do you know that feeling of being home away from home? Well, that's how the hostel feels. I don't even know if I'll be able to put into words my experience there. Torre del Colle it's just the most beautiful place to live in. It's perfect to practice the "dolce far niente", and just watch the sunsets, chill in the swimming pool, or have a morning coffee in the hammock. The work, it's simple and well organized, and Laura and Duilio are always there to help! There's always plenty of food and drinks, and the accommodation for volunteers it's amazing. Grazie a tutti, ci vediamo presto!!

As my first Worldpackers experience I feel absolutely fortunate to have been chosen to volunteer and spent time at the hostel. The location - Torre del Colle is tiny but charming and beautiful (the sunset from the church was my fave). I immediately felt welcomed by my co-volunteers, Duilio, Laura, and the rest - everyone were friendly, understanding and willing to help. There was a timetable allocated and the tasks were easy to learn and carry-out. Food as promised was provided and the accommodation was super comfy and homey. Thank you the hostel family!

One of the better experiences that I have as a WorldPackers Volunteer. The place is amazing, beautiful, and peaceful. The hostel is comfortable and the room is nice. Duilio is a nice person, flexible, and gave me a lot of autonomy. The work is good and not too hard. If you have some questions, don't think twice and ask me about it.

I couldn't have chosen a more fascinating place to volunteer in Italy! The region is incredibly beautiful and Torre del Colle has the most breathtaking views. My experience at the hostel was really nice. The hostel is new, everything's always clean and organized. It is a bit far from other cities but that wasn't a problem. Our accommodation was perfect, and the tasks were simple and well explained. Duilio and his family are great people, I definitely want to go back for a visit. Thanks for everything, guys!
