I spent one month at the travel hub and worked there at the bar. I had a pretty good time and meet a lot of nice people. There are 3 bars so I guess it depends on where you end up but the one I was at was mostly pretty busy. But I liked the work there and the costumers were super talkative and friendly. Would recommend staying there!

First experience as a volunteer, and Im very happy about that, everything was good, the work is easy, and you have a lot of time to visit the city and the surroundings. I worked at the reception, and I really enjoyed the time spend here

I had a great experience! The staff made me feel very welcome and happy to have me here. The location is perfect near all the best cafes, bars and restaurant. The attic bar upstairs is the coolest bar in Chinatown with delicious drinks.Accommodation was clean and had everything I needed. Management and the owners are very helpful and kind. I highly recommend and I will be back. Thank you the guest house/Attic Bar!

I felt welcomed by everyone since day one. My shifts were all at the bar, mostly at Attic Bar. The team is amazing and it went really above my expectations. If you are a sociable person and like to be in party environments this is a great volunteering experience for you. The shifts can be really busy sometimes but that's also the fun part of it and you only work 3 days a week so it's perfect if you also want to travel and discover other parts of Malaysia during your time here. Thank you again to everyone who is part of the team for this and I really hope to be back soon!

Volunteering at the Travel Hub was a great experience. I like how the hours are set: you usually help for 2-3 days and then have the rest of the week to explore the city or work on your own projects. The job itself is great too: either reception or waitressing. They have a beautiful bar upstairs and once you get the hang of it, it's a pretty fun gig. My shifts were mostly at the reception and I enjoy it a lot. Julian, Kam, and all the guys at the reception are very friendly and helped me out with whatever questions I had. Mas and Julian, thanks for the opportunity! <3

My stay at Travel Hub the guest house was awesome!! Mas is lovely and I felt welcomed from day 1. The working tasks are simple and so much fun, you got a lot of free time during the week to explore the city or do small trips to Penang or Cameron Highlands. It was my first volunteer experience and I am more then happy I choosed this place, definitely coming back! Thank you so much and lots of love, Lara
