The experience

As a small guesthouse we have sadly not the time to focus on all matters therefore we have a lot of work that we can not finish.
This volunteering varies from housekeeping and cleaning to providing customer care
and writing content for the website.

What you offer

32 hours of help per week

Administration: Help with booking systems and payments.

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Housekeeping: Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

2 days off per week

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Program Details

As a Hospitality and Customer Care Volunteer, your daily routine will consist of housekeeping duties, ensuring that everything is ready to welcome our guests. You will be responsible for providing outstanding customer care, and create a memorable ‘’Home away from Home” experience for them.
Additionally, you may assist in reception duties, communicating with guests and managing bookings.
This role requires a positive and extroverted personality, with great organizational and communication skills. You will have the opportunity to grow in a truly international environment, surrounded by guests from all over the world and working in a dynamic young team.
