The hostel is definitely intense, from its ups of meeting soo many people around the world as volunteers and guests and the easiness towards starting a friendship with someone you met yesterday until it's downs of having a hard time in meals said to be provided and the messiness of the place sometimes. However, the hostel and Cancun itself is heart-opened for everyone who's looking for a good party and social vibe mixed with adventures and easy access toward amazing beaches and historical sites of Quintana Roo!!!

Hostel Kabeh is a good place to create bonds with your fellow volunteers as well as with the travelers. The managers were always respectful and attentive to your needs however, I think the volunteers could get a bit more orientation upon their arrival, specially regarding what you're supposed to do on the different assignment shifts. I'm a heavy sleeper so I have no problem with noise, but you should now that volunteers sleep behind the bar and since its a party hostel loud music is playing most of the time. Overall I enjoyed my time there, as always, because of the amazing people I met.

Is an amazing experience, you feel very welcome and the people make you feel part of the family, you learn many things, you get to know the culture, you practice languages ​​and you meet different people from all over the world. I recommend it if you are looking for a unique experience in a hostel

Overall, I had good time at Hostel Kabeh and met some amazing amazing friends. You will enjoy it if you are flexible, love to party, and have a go with the flow attitude. You will have to buy your own food (you have access to some basic staples) but they provide a good discount at the bar and restaurant. Things can become hectic because this is a party hostel, but if you can keep up with the lifestyle you'll enjoy it!

Working at hostel kabeh has been one of the best experiences of my life. I met the most incredible people and was constantly entertained. Cancun is a great city with beautiful beaches and the best night life. I highly recommend this place if you're social, outgoing and like to party. There's a couple of things I will warn about though. You don't get any meals at this hostel. They provide pasta, rice and a little bit of other food but mostly we had to buy our own food. The rooms are pretty standard for a hostel but there was a lot of mold.

I met amazing people and it was a really enriching experience, but I wouldn't recommend the hostel itself. . They don't give you any meal or free tour as stated, there is no hot water, theres one small fridge for 20 volunteers, and 6 people in a tiny room without a single piece of furniture to leave our stuff. Jeanette, and Manne are incredible people. Daniel, one of the managers on the other hand, broke several professional boundaries and couldn't respect the fact I didn't like him back.

I had an Amazing experience overall. I made lifelong friendships, and was able to practice my Spanish Firstly, I had the best time here. I wouldn't trade it for anything. Everyone was so welcoming and kind to me, and the people at the hostel are all angels. The owners on the other hand, are not pleasant. They never made an appearance while i was there, i communicated through my managers who always were kind and helpful. They treat the AMAZING managers awfully. Another thing is BE PREPARED TO BUY YOUR OWN FOOD!! They provide extremely minimal food, but you do get a discount at the restaurant!

I had the best time during my stay at the hostel!! I met the most amazing people, the other volunteers became my family and I improved my communication skills a lot. Sam and Dany are really nice, always willing to find solutions and they really care about the crew. it's a great place to party and socialize, also the location is perfect because it's close from the main streets and the buses that take you everywhere, it's a really nice place to be in Cancun. I keep beautiful memories in my heart, thank you!

This was my first time volunteering, so I didnt know what to expect from it at all, but it was an amazing experience after all. I would like to start saying that Sam is the sweetest and nicest person ever. She will take care of you and be flexible if you need it. The only thing she will ask for in return is hard work and responsability. I had so much fun in the hostel! I met incredible people from every where and the staff became my family, we had good and not so good moments, but we found the way to make it work and get along very well. I feel like I am leaving my home again... :(
