Generally everything was great at the hostel, it really felt like home all the time. All the tasks and work was flexible and easy to do. Also the whole staff was very kind and friendly. The location and everything was perfect! The only thing that I would delete from the offer is the breakfast, because we didn't have any breakfast. We just had the chance to take the left over bread, and most of the time i didn't take it because it was too hard. But the rest was all fine. Is just good to know about the breakfast before getting there,so you can manage your finances or so. Thx the hostel for experience!

Dear Catalina, thank you so much for your honest review bout your stay with us. We are very happy that you enjoyed it here so much. As for teh breakfast I need to answer that you stayed with us in that period of time where we transformed out of the Covid lockdown and just started agaib to offer breakfast. As we did not perform so well with this in the beginning we could not afford to offer a full breakfast to our volunteers then. So we asked you to return the plastic bottles that are leftover from our guests and get your own breakfast in return from that money. That was the only choice we had. But that changed in between. Our volunteers get now their breakfast from the buffet and so this should be solved from our side. We are very sorry that this was a problem for you. We wish you all the best. Kind regards. I had a really good time at the hostel. I met amazing people and learned a lot! everyone was kind and available. I had time to explore the city and have fun, too. thank you the hostel team :)

The whole team at the hostel is always more than nice to you, and you get to meet people everyday. This has been one of my favorite experiences as a volunteer and I am really grateful for all the memories created at this beautiful home, everyone who have stayed here says the same about the hostel: this is home and you always feel a part of a family. I have nothing but great wishes for everyone I've met in this place, thanks the hostel and thanks Martin for the opportunity!

I had a wonderfull time in the hostel. The whole team is very nice and frendly and the tasks are super easy. Dresden is a very nice city especially the neighborhood where the hostel is located. It has been my first experience as a volunteer and it couldn't be better.

Everyone at the hostel is very nice and helpful! Tasks are very simple and the schedule is flexible: you'll surely have plenty of free time to explore Dresden and its surroundings, on your own or in the company of some guests, having the opportunity to meet many international travelers. Since I love cooking the free dinner nights were my favorite and I'm glad I had this opportunity! Unfortunately for some types of activities there were still many restrictions due to Corona. That's why I'd love to come back to the hostel when this pandemic will finally be just a memory, so I can enjoy my stay even more

Incredible experience in the heart of Dresden. Every night was filled with a new adventure. I loved interacting with the guests and preparing the free hostel dinners. You are given a lot of freedom here and you can da lot with it to make the experience better for you and the guests.

The hostel is a wonderful place full of art, creativity and amazing people! Every day I had an opportunity to meet new people and learn about other cultures. Location is perfect, Neustadt is the most colorful, interesting and vibrant part of Dresden. Staff is so friendly, that everyone can feel at home ❤

I spent a wonderful time in the hostel! It was really fun and interested to work in a hostel and meet such great people. Martin it's an amazing person, very kind, friendly and a great drummer! He makes you feel like home. Thanks a lot Martin and the rest of team the hostel and I wish you the best!

Pretty nice location, great atmosphere and life in community. That was my feeling while I passed my time on the hostel. That friendly Hostel is on the heart of alternative side of the city of Dresden; so history city and Saxiones Capital. So many pubes and people from allround world to descover. I'm totaly sure that amazing experience meke me grow up. Thanks so much for receive me the hostel :)))
