My experience as a volunteer at Sammatz was incredible. I made friends from all over the world, learned new skills, got to know German culture, and traveled during my days off. I plan to return someday and highly recommend it to everyone!

I had an amazing time at Sammatz, It was my first christmas away from home and I could't imagine a better place, the celebration was lovely and warm and the food was great. I met amazing people, learned about working with animals and in the garden and though there was quite a lot of work I had a lot of fun doing it. It was so cool seeing what it's like living in a community and being a part of it for a short moment. I would love to come back in the summer to see how beatiful the nature around looks.

It was definitely one of the best experiences i've ever had in my life. For those who enjoy a farm environment, I highly recommend it. I will definitely come back many more times. I got to meet people from all over the world, improve my English and Spanish, and even learn a few words in German. The hosts were always willing to help with anything you needed, and I'm grateful to all of them, without exception, for their attention, patience, and all their help. I highly recommend this volunteering experience, but come prepared to work because there's plenty of work to do here.

My experience was absolutely incredible! I had the chance to meet amazing people, make lifelong friends, and immerse myself in diverse cultures. The community is welcoming, and I learned so much while working in the kitchen, caring for the animals, gardening, and experiencing life in a community setting. I highly recommend this experience and hope to return one day!

After I arrived, I had some simple introductions. Due to physical reasons, I was quarantined and would be given meals every day, which made me feel good. However, it may be due to English language barriers, and the links with other members of the community were not very good. Friends who like the team should actively apply

I had a really great experience at Sammatz! It's such an interesting place where you get to meet people from many different cultures and backgrounds. The food is always available and really good, and everyone I met was so kind and welcoming. And I can't forget to mention the flowers, they are the most beautiful I've ever seen in my life. Definitely a unique and unforgettable place to volunteer!

The best part of the community was, without a doubt, the friendships I built with the other volunteers. people who made all the difference and turned the days into something truly special. On the other hand, I felt that the hosts were very focused on the work, paying little attention to the human side of the experience. The rules are strict and the tolerance is ZERO, which can make the environment quite demanding at times. Still, anyone who comes with an open mind and is willing to connect with others will surely find a lot of value in this experience.

My experience in Sammatz was lovely. I felt very welcome and taken cared of. I also met incredibly fun people while staying there. The working hours can feel like a lot sometimes, but it is exactly as stated pre-arrival. Very sadly, I had to cut my stay short due to a personal reason, but I will always remember Sammatz with love.

This experience was truly amazing. If you want to learn about yourself but also other cultures and people, it's the perfect place. There is a lot to so but It's very well organised so you have time to explore the surroundings for example or just have time for yourself. The people are really nice and open minded. During your experience, if any problems occurs, people are really reactiv and it's so nice to be able to feel this good but also this safe in an environment that can be far from home but also of what you know. If you want to go to a community, this is a very good place ! I recommend !

I had an amazing time in Sammatz ! The work was fun and easy : cleaning, feeding the animals, gardening, and I learned a lot. I met lots of incredible and interesting people, ones who live here, but also volunteers, with who I shared wonderful moments. This is the perfect place to learn about cultures from all over the world, about different works, about how a community works, but also about yourself. This place is very peaceful, and everything is organised. They give lifts to go to the bus and visit places around. I loved it here, and I hope to come back sometime.
