Everyone makes an effort to remember your name and make you feel welcome, pretty social and very easy to make friends, working hours are respected and there's a variety of things to do, if you prefer certain work you can discuss this with your mentor, Antonia and my mentor Klara were amazing and made every effort to give me any help I needed and were very flexible! Thank you all for the amazing experience!

This place is absolutely amazing as a first volunteering experience! I was really surprised by how well-organized and well-established the organization was, you get properly introduced to the place and the work before starting. Working hours are respected, and you can get help if there are any issues. The people here are absolutely amazing too! Lots of international volunteers that really create an amazing and engaging place to live, all-round just a lovely place. Thanks for having me and I'll hopefully see you soon! /Ida

It was my first volunteer experience and it couldn't have gone better! The work can vary a lot, you can go from kitchen to garden to stables and much more, and although the hours can be a bit long the work isn't hard at all and they never let you push yourself too much, always making sure you are comfortable. Aside from the volunteers, there are also residents of the community and they were 100% welcoming and made me feel at home. If you clean after yourself and respect others space you will have no problem there. I had A LOT of fun and experienced many different things.

The Sammatz community is truly an amazing group of people that really cares for everyone. I felt really welcomed. There you can learn so many new things from so many people from all over the world. They are super understanding and make sure you are okay throughout everything. They are amazing!!
