We are a very popular eco resort offering 10 spacious beach huts and a beach bar in the middle of nature, a stone's throw away from 2 beautiful, secluded beaches. The ideal place for guests to unwind, relax and recharge. Are you available in 2026?

What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Gardening: Help grow plants and cultivate gardens

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Housekeeping: Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

What you get

2 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Discounts on Drinks: Get discounts for drinks and beverages from our bar.

Discounts on Tours: Get discounts for tours and excursions around town.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Free Tours: We’ll take you on tours and rides around town. For free!

Free Hiking Tours: We’ll take you on excursions and hikes around town. For free!

Free Events: Get free entrance for the best events in town.

Bikes at your disposal: You can use our bikes any time you want.

Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Surfboards: You can use our surfboards as much as you want.

Yoga classes: Take free yoga classes at our place.

Surf lessons: Take free surf classes at the local beaches.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely

Requirements

Fluent English

Between 25 and 60 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Program Details

The tasks are:

- Cleaning, stocking & supplying of designated common area's, kitchen, beach huts, rooms & sanitary facilities.
- General maintenance of the resort to keep it clean, organized and tidy at all times
- Assist in the guest welcome, from arrival to checkout and deliver exceptional customer service
- Front desk duties, including meet and greet, collect payments, attend the needs of guests in an accurate manner
- Build a good connection with all guests and resolve any complaints/issues quickly to maintain high quality customer service.
- Coördinate litter, recycling and waste disposal
- Coördinate on-site rentals (kayak, paddle board, mountainbikes)
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks in the beach bar
- Restock and replenish beach bar inventory and supplies
- Inspect communal spaces daily to identify problems with mechanical failure or breakdowns

Requirements:

 Because the island life in a remote, off-the-grid resort is not for everyone!

We expect our staff to be extremely motivated, hard working, social, assertive, entrepreneur but also joyful, active, creative, etc. You will be part of a great team and in direct contact with our guests and therefor this requires extreme professionalism !

The working hours are divided in 5h shifts between 8am & 20.00pm - 5 days / week. But we're asking flexibility, meaning that if other staff members need help during the day, that we can also count on you.

And last but not least, we ask our staff to be very clean, tidy & presentable !
