The experience

This position involves mainly outdoor work. There is an olive grove and other fruit trees to tend to, as well as gardening and general repairs involved with living in the countryside, such as fence-building and repair, some plumbing, etc. I manage the land in line with the principles of permaculture.

What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Building & Repairing: Help with a wide range of repairs or building.

Farming: Plant crops, sow seeds and help in outside tasks.

Gardening: Help grow plants and cultivate gardens

What you get

2 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely

Work will usually take place in the morning so that we have the afternoon and evening free for whatever we like

Rules

No smoking!

Be conscious of your consumption, whether that be water, electricity, or packaged items that create a lot of trash.

Return items/tools to their designated place.

Be respectful of nature.
