What you offer

24 hours of help per week

Party Promoter: Help organise and promote parties and social activities.

Administration: Help with booking systems and payments.

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

Bartending: Make and serve drinks and help maintain the beverages inventory.


What you get

2 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Discounts on Parties: Get discounts at nearby parties and clubs.

Discounts on Restaurants: Get discounts at nearby restaurants.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Free Tours: We’ll take you on tours and rides around town. For free!

Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Program Details

The Ibiti Project is a regenerative tourism and socio-environmental initiative located in Minas Gerais, Brazil. We manage more than 6,000 hectares under rewilding, working to restore ecosystems while developing sustainable tourism and local community initiatives.

Our volunteer program is designed as an immersive experience focused on collaboration, sustainability, cultural exchange and personal growth.

What we expect from volunteers:

We welcome curious, motivated and responsible volunteers who want to learn, contribute and co-create.

During your stay, you will:
- Contribute 4–6 hours per day, 5 days per week;
- Develop a small personal project or initiative aligned with your skills;
- Collaborate in one or two main areas of the program;
- Participate in regular check-ins with your supervisor and the volunteer team;
- Share feedback and a reflection at the end of your stay;
- Have Cultural exchange and community life;
-Have Nature immersion and outdoor experiences.

Activities & Shift

Work schedule:

Yoga, outdoor activities or wellness initiatives;
Activities are assigned according to skills, interests and project priorities.


Rules

To ensure a positive experience for everyone, we ask volunteers to:

Respect nature, animals and the local community
Keep personal and shared spaces clean and organized
Be punctual and responsible with agreed schedules
Maintain respectful communication and teamwork
Inform the team in advance about travel or schedule changes
No drugs and responsible alcohol consumption only
Follow sustainability practices (waste separation, water and energy care)
