The experience

We are looking for a creative and experienced Social Media & Content Wizard who can help us translate our vision, activities, and future plans into strong visuals, engaging text, and inspiring stories.
This position is ideal for someone who loves creating content, connecting people, and building synergies through communication. You’ll have a lot of creative freedom, while working closely with us to shape how our project is presented to the world.

What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Content Writer: Write, edit and publish inspiring content.

Photography: Take, edit and provide amazing photos.

Video Making: Create, edit and publish digital videos.

Social Media: Maintain and update social media channels.

What you get

2 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Tent: You will sleep in a tent at a camping site.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Free Tours: We’ll take you on tours and rides around town. For free!

Free Hiking Tours: We’ll take you on excursions and hikes around town. For free!

Free Parties: Get free entrance for the best parties in town.

Free Events: Get free entrance for the best events in town.

Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Language lessons: Take free language classes at our place.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely

Dedicated Workspace: Specific space for you to work remotely

Requirements

Fluent English or Fluent French

Between 21 and 35 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Program Details

Work schedule: Completely flexible, spread over 5 days per week
Days off: 2 days per week
Equipment: *Preferably* your own camera / phone / computer

Activities & Shift

Managing and creating content for our social media channels
Photography & short-form video (Reels, Stories, etc.)
Writing captions, posts, and longer-form content
Co-create our website and webshop
Helping communicate our vision, activities, and upcoming project

Rules

Proven experience or an educational background in social media, marketing, communication, or a related field
Strong visual and writing skills
Creative, social, and proactive personality
A natural connector who enjoys building relationships and creating synergies
Able to work independently and manage your own schedule
