Our time at the guest house was really nice. It was a real opportunity to connect with all the young Vietnamese staff, and they are all very grateful for the help we gave them. Steve and Gavin are also very lovely, always available if we have any question or to make our stay even better. Moreover their project and their story are pretty inspiring… The job itself is mainly to animate bar games after family dinner so we were working at night and had all the day to enjoy the beach or go around to explore. The food is very delicious and the place is perfect to stay ❤️ thanks Steve and Gavin

Really enjoyed my time at the guest house. The staff have great chemistry which makes a nice working environment. Everyone was happy to help and answer any questions. Lots to do in walking distance of the hostel on days off (beaches, fishing village, waterfalls, hostel activities). The hosts really go out of their way to make you feel at home and ensure you make the most of your time in the area. Accommodations were comfortable, A/C, dark.

I had a good time at the guest house, the place is really beautiful and everybody was welcoming. Every evening there was an amazing family dinner with fun games afterwards which I loved. Thanks a lot!

It was a pretty good experience. The work was fun, mainly leading party games, Bartending and helping in the kitchen. Seeing the seaview and meeting new people everyday is cool. The owners are funny and uncomplicated. Food was good.

I had a good time staying at the guest house The tasks were simple and easy to manage, hou just need to be friendly socialise and have fun playing with other guests leaving plenty of time during day if u want to get a scootter and explore arround. The owners were very helpful and always made sure everything ran smoothly. The food was delicious If you're looking for a place where you can work while having fun, relax connect with people, and enjoy good food, this is the perfect spot

I was lucky enough to volunteer at the guest house over Christmas and New Year. The atmosphere is very warm, the place is beautiful and very relaxing. Gavin and Steve, along with all the staff, were lovely, very welcoming and made sure there was never a dull moment despite the capricious weather. Working hours are from around 6pm to 00:, which leaves the whole day to relax or enjoy the surroundings. An experience I'd definitely recommend, and I hope to be able to return one day in summer!

Gavin and Stacey were stunning hosts. They show you the ropes quickly, and then your free to entertain and host games as you desire, we had an absolute blast with all the guests. The permanent staff are amazing, we got on so well. We would hang out in our spare time and go on adventures together, they were great at showing us the region which fitted perfectly, as the host offered free scooter hire for us aswell. Everyone is at hand to help and promote games with you. So all in all, a great experience!

I honestly cannot speak highly enough of this experience! Gavin, Steve and the rest of the team at the guest house were so kind and welcoming, and I had so much fun engaging with guests, running games and being a part of their team for two weeks!

My experience with the guest house was amazing even though it was quiet during the time I was there I was always involved and the spirits from all staff was so positive. The owners were amazing and made me feel apart of the family and encouraged me to join in on day trip and nights out. Highly recommend for anyone thinking about volunteering ❤️❤️
