Program Details

At our guesthouse we work as a small team with a friendly, respectful atmosphere. We agree together on a weekly schedule (split shifts) depending on guest flow. You’ll get a short onboarding on day 1–2: house routines, guest communication, local tips and how we create simple content. We value reliability, calm communication and teamwork. If something is unclear, we talk early and solve it directly.

Activities & Shift

Typical tasks include:
• Welcoming guests, check-in/out support and answering messages
• Giving local recommendations (hikes, lakes, Peaks of the Balkans logistics)
• Keeping reception/common areas organized and guest-ready
• Helping with simple social media: taking photos/short clips, writing captions, posting stories (no “influencer pressure”)
Shifts are usually split (morning + late afternoon), flexible based on arrivals.

Rules

Be respectful, clean and mindful in shared spaces
• Inform us in advance if you plan an overnight trip
• Follow basic hygiene & food-safety rules in the kitchen
• Keep communication honest: if you’re sick/tired or something doesn’t work, tell us early
We keep it simple: respect, cleanliness and good communication.”
