The experience

We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Talent Acquisition & Technical Recruiter to join our team at Worldpackers. This role is key to building strong, diverse, and remote-first teams by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across technical and non-technical functions. You will act as a bridge between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth recruitment process and an excellent candidate experience.

What you offer

30 hours of help per week

Video Making: Create, edit and publish digital videos.

Party Promoter: Help organise and promote parties and social activities.

Social Media: Maintain and update social media channels.

Additional fee required

Amount: US$ 8 Per day

Fee pays for: Benefits for travelers and Donation to project

Description: Fee will be directly funded for Project Growth And Development of Awaytechs

Requirements

Intermediate English

Between 18 and 35 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

Be from outside Nepal

Program Details

You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, evaluate both technical skills and cultural fit, and promote Away Tech’s employer brand as a remote-first company. Beyond filling positions, the role emphasizes creating sustainable talent pipelines, tracking recruitment metrics, and ensuring compliance with international hiring practices.
