The experience

We’re looking for motivated volunteers to support our hostel with cleaning and daily tasks. In exchange, you’ll live right on the beach, join a friendly international team, and gain hands-on insight into hostel operations. No experience needed—we’ll teach you everything. What you offer

30 hours of help per week

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Housekeeping: Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.

Kitchen Hand: Help prepare, finish and serve meals.

What you get

2 days off per week

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely

Requirements

Beginner English or Beginner Russian

Between 20 and 50 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Program Details

All candidates will be registered for a 90-day seasonal visa. Applications must be submitted in March. You will receive an employment contract and be insured as a result.
