The experience

We are a diverse community of about 40 adults and more than 20 children living together on a terrain of 9 hectares. Among others, we organise the education for the children as a community. We have a dedicated space where we gather from monday to thursday and do lessons, following their intrinsic motivation. We spend a lot of time doing creative activities and we go outdoor as much as possible. The children's age vary from 4 to 13 years old.

Program Details

You can expect to be assisting in our Learning Environment and after some time see what you would like to do individually with the children. This could be sharing your language, creative, nature or sports skills. But it could basically be anything you are good at and passionate about!

Activities & Shift

We start at every day at 9am and end the day together at 3pm.
In between, we have a lunch break together.
Usually, mornings are spent doing more rational skills such as spelling and maths, whereas the afternoon are spent in a more free and creative way.

Rules

Our eco village is a non smoking place. If you really need to, there is one spot where it is allowed. Using drugs is not allowed on the terrain. We do not eat meat in our communal spaces and all of the food we eat is organic.
We communicate using the principles of non-violent communication. We are open to all religions, genders, and races, as long as respect is mutual.
