The experience

Hello! We are a British family who set up a new life in the mountains of Spain a year ago.
We're looking for help with our online presence - particularly with short-form videos for Instagram / Tiktok and long-form videos for Youtube.
We are going to be on a British TV show later this year and would love to build up a good online presence before it airs. We'd also be interested in Website Creation if this is one of your skills!

What you offer

20 hours of help per week

Video Making: Create, edit and publish digital videos.

Social Media: Maintain and update social media channels.

3 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Fast Internet Access: High-speed internet for you to work remotely

Program Details

You'll stay on our property surrounded by mountains and nature. You will have your own private accommodation - a large caravan complete with own kitchen, toilet, fixed king-seized bed and living area. The caravan is in a barn so you are sheltered from the elements, be it rain or sun! You will also have access to a hot outdoor shower and additional composting toilet.
You will receive an allowance for food that we will discuss during your application - we will take you to buy your pwn groceries which you can keep with you in the caravan and cook for yourself most of the time. But we will occasionally share meals together too!
We have two young girls so the mornings and evenings can be a bit hectic. From experience we have learnt that it works best for us and for volunteers to have a bit of private space - we hope to offer the perfect combination of young own space and time to enjoy this beautiful area, and time with us to learn about our way of life and and skills we can share!
If you are interested in other work too, there is always stuff to do here. We have a dog / cats / rabbits / chickens & ducks that all need care plus we are starting a large vegetable garden this year. Not to mention playing with the girls if you like kids (5 and 2 years old).
We are fairly remote here, but a 5 minute drive / 30 minute walk to the local village (bar / shop) and a 15 drive to a bigger town (Aínsa - has everything you might need). There is lots of hiking / biking/ climbing in the area.

Activities & Shift

We are undergoing big renovations on the property as we hope to offer tourist accommodation in future. Tom is a builder and we are doing most of the work ourselves. We're looking for help to document our journey and share our story online. Lucy started trying to do videos but we're now finding it so time consuming on top of the project and family life! We would love your help to create social media videos to grab attention that could then lead to a longer, documentary-style youtube video that documents our progress. Again I did a couple of these when we first moved and haven't got round to making any more!
We will also need a website for when our property becomes a business, we'd love to discuss this with you if this is a skill you have.
We ask for 4 days where you can help us with the content, leaving you 3 days a week to enjoy the surroundings. If you like nature and the outdoors this is the perfect place for you, and if you are a remote worker you will have plenty of time and space to work in this tranquil environment.
