Content Creator & Social Media Manager

The experience

We are is a 6-day English summer camp for Romanian children aged 6–17, running weekly in Transylvania, Romania. Each summer we welcome hundreds of campers and an international team of volunteers to create a fun, energetic and meaningful camp experience.

This summer, we’re looking for a Content Creator / Social Media Manager to help us capture the spirit of camp and share it with the world.

What you offer

5 hours of help per day

Photography: Take, edit and provide amazing photos.

Video Making: Create, edit and publish digital videos.

Social Media: Maintain and update social media channels.

What you get

1 day off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Free Tours: We’ll take you on tours and rides around town. For free!

Free Hiking Tours: We’ll take you on excursions and hikes around town. For free!

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Certificate: Get a certificate of completion after you finish your experience.

Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely

Fluent English

Over 18 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Flights, Travel Insurance, Internal Transportation and Visa

Program Details

Your main focus will be to document camp life with the campers and volunteers through engaging, authentic content. This includes:

Creating photos and short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Stories)

Capturing daily camp activities, games, workshops and evening programmes

Highlighting camper joy, team energy and behind-the-scenes moments

Helping manage and post content on Instagram and other platforms

You’ll work closely with the camp coordination team, but you’ll have plenty of creative freedom to bring your own ideas and style.
